I am now changing my review after a year, or so, of having my daughter enrolled. The quality of the teachers, now that my daughter has transitioned to their Senior Toddler Class, is HORRIBLE. The attitudes are POOR, and they always seem as if they dont want to be bothered; does not greet you when entering the classroom...I mean - really? If youre not happy where you are, you should leave. Its that simple. Keep your negative, dry & draining attitudes away from the children. My daughter would cry in the mornings as she dreaded going into that Senior Toddler Room. This wasnt the case when she was in the JR Toddler Class as the teachers were superb (Jesse & Adriana). Aside from the disgusting attitudes of the teachers, I get phone calls every other day explaining a scratch, or an incident, of some sort. What the hell are your teachers doing???!!!! The quality, or lack thereof, is very disturbing thus am considering other centers. Get those non-qualified teachers out of there, and hire better teachers!!!! You charge enough; you ougt to find better teachers. And while you call me daily explaining marks and bruises on my daughters skin, you fail to report all of them. She still comes home with scratches yet incident reports arent provided, but surely Ive been documenting. Get it together! Im glad to see that they met the health and hygiene requirements during the last inspection, however, you were dishonest in saying that the center does not administer medication as you have in the past. This may have changed so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt. Btw - Brittany, youre always a pleasure, however, you all (center as a whole) still have work to do. My concern is the quality of the staff, teachers precisely.

I absolutely love Sunbrook Academy in Stockbridge! My sons, Jace & Jordon love it there & have been there for about a year now. Jordon has now moved on to kindergarten, but he still asks about going back all the time. And my 2 year old Jace loves his teachers. Mrs. Amber S. had him as a jr toddler and I felt so comfortable leaving my child with her daily. She gave Jace all the love and affection that I do and she was awesome with sharing lots of pics and updates while I was at work!! I was hesitant for him to move to the sr toddlers class this year with his new teacher Ms. Camilla, but she is just as awesome and loving! Also, Ms. Camilla basically has my son 90% potty trained already and he just turned 2 not too long ago! She works very hard with him on wearing his underpants during the day, so now we only use one pull-up per day (at bedtime), As a fulltime working mom, I appreciate that more than anything! Thank you Ms. Camilla & Ms. Amber! And I cant forget Ms. Kimberly for providing healthy meals and snacks.. I highly recommend Sunbrook... I wouldnt take my babies anywhere else!

On yesterday, I was told the most disturbing thing about this facility. A three year old child was physically reprimanded for wetting their clothes. The most ironic side of this story is that this was reported at 5:40PM and no one called the parent back until today. When the parent asked for a refund of their deposit, the director had the audacity to state that a parent is charged for taking a child out of the facility. As a parent and pillar in the Stockbridge community, I will not let this incident be hushed. I am very familiar with DFACS and Bright from the Start. The 43 raving reviews seems as if the parents were giving a discount to leave a review. Ive worked in this field for awhile now, so I know how it goes. Please ensure that your teachers (KAREN) are competent and educated when it comes to dealing with toddlers and their learning milestones. It is never ok for a teacher to pinch or assault a child!

We moved both our boys here 2 months ago and the change has been one of the best decisions we have made for our boys. They love going to "new school" now! The facilities are great and a definite upgrade from any other daycares we have looked at, but it is the staff that makes all the difference. Ms. Tomika, Ms. Amber, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Brittany are amazing! The curriculum keeps the boys developing with cognitive, affective, and psychomotor leaps and with the constant attention we have NOT had one bit notice. Oh, and the food is high quality and environment is very clean (no consistent illnesses). We also really like the online updates/pics and videos of what our boys are learning, eating, when they are being changed and the sweet videos. Ok, we might be happy about our "new school"!

My son has been attending Sunbrook since March 2016. We absolutely love the class he is in with Ms. Amber and Ms. Kimberly. He often goes into the 12-18 Month class as well when they are transitioning or the beginning or end of the day. I can see the growth in him, since moving from his other daycare in the area(I wont mention any name). I look forward to seeing him transition and all the fun learning thats going on. He will be two in October so he will be moving soon. I am a teacher as well so I am aware of what they should be learning, and the curriculum that I see going on. The most amazing thing besides the teachers are the daily Kid Reports and seeing what he learned and his pictures. Thank you so much Sunbrook Academy.

I just recently started my 9 month old son at Sunbrook Academy @ Stockbridge and it has by far been the best Daycare he has been in. I love all the staff especially the ladies at the front desk. Megan and Katy in the infant room are both amazing. They are very informative and I love that I always know whats going on with my baby. I love that they have the kid reports to let me know whats going on throughout the day while I am working. Sunbrook is also a neat place because they do a lot of family events and that way you can meet the other parents and really get to know the teachers. THIS IS THE BEST DAYCARE IN HENRY COUNTY!

My son started in May and its been the absolute best for him! He was born 4 months early and bit behind physically. Within a month of him being there he started crawling, pulling up, and talking a whole lot more. His physical therapist has been amazed at how fast hes progressed since being here! The place is clean and the decor is nice. I love his providers Megan, Katey, Sheryl (before she moved to a new class :( ), and Angella. They are great with my son! I always feel welcomed there. Also, I love the KidReports app what they use. I always feel involved with the pictures and updates they send throughout the day! Love it :)

Since I have enrolled my children in Sunbrook at Stockbridge, myself and both of my children have had an excellent experience! All of the teachers as well as the Directors have been very welcoming and loving. When I drop my kids off in the morning I know that they are in great hand and I have no worries through out the day, and to me that is what is most important. My 3 year old and 2 year old have been here for 7 months and they have learned so much and are even over there age group in learning. I would recommend Sunbrook Academy at Stockbridge to everyone!
