Karen and Nicole are great owners. From paperwork upon signing, to getting my keys and now having my own business, their flexibility, compassion and understanding of each individuals situation is beyond gracious. The Suwanee location is absolutely stunning! The grounds are always well maintained, the location is perfect and the easy of the facilities are a bonus for salon owners and our guests. Pam, the receptionist is also great with making sure the interior environment is well kept and visitors know where to go. Its always a risk venturing off and starting your own business, but Im so glad I did and with Phenix Suwanee
