I needed business cards, price sheets and other specialty made cards for my small business. I went in and spoke to a young gal, she told me I would receive a call by the end of the day with a quote. Never happened. Called the next day spoke to a different person they said they would call me back. Never happened. Its been a week and never heard back from anyone! Cmon guys get it together! I took my business elsewhere... Disappointed

Made an order, and then I have not heard from them for a month, when I called back, they could not find it or even recall that I placed an order, my information was not found either. Every time I ask about a price they keep saying we dont know, we need re-quote!! (whatever this means)...last time I ordered from them, they charged me double what I anticipated for...Not coming back again ever!!

When I placed my order they assured me they could meet my deadline. Not only did they NOT meet my deadline, they were unprofessional and gave me no notice so I could figure out another solution. I am taking my business elsewhere. I would not choose this company given the poor customer service and lack of follow through.

I sent a file on e-mail to the staff at Custom Printing. They had my order ready the next day and it was perfect! Best part was, I ended up needing more printed and they had those ready for me the same day I called! So easy to work with, great customer service!

Friendly. Gave me a quote with details of my request and fell short on those very details. Changed my request of paper type and was twice the price. Probably will not be back.
