It was a great experience working with James and Spectrum Color Printing. I am thrilled with the booklet they created for me. High quality was my primary goal, and they delivered. James was very patient with the various changes I needed to make. The graphic design of my booklet is excellent. They took in the rough ideas and concepts I gave them and produced a design that was perfect for me. At one point I asked for some specific color changes, and rather than just making those changes, they provided me a couple different options for colors. That demonstrated to me that they were listening to my feedback and were trying to produce the best product they could. I think they knew I might not like the result of what I was suggesting, but they understood what I really wanted and provided a couple alternatives in addition to what I specifically asked for. I really appreciated that, and I did end up choosing one of their alternatives. We went through several iterations of proofs, and I feel like James put in extra effort to ensure my project was successful. He remained friendly and positive throughout the process. I would highly recommend Spectrum Color Printing to anyone, and I will definitely be working with them again when I need more booklets or other marketing materials.

A BIG SHOUT OUT TO SPECTRUM COLOR PRINTING!! We cant say enough of James and Brian! Theyre the best! Long story short and plain and simple, they literally come to our rescue. After getting no where for 4 months with a previous company (Casey with 44Printing) who took our money without fulfilling his obligation, we had to cut our loses. We are a business in our first year and responsible honest people were difficult to find and who have our best interest. But our mistake led us to James and Brian and for that, we are grateful. James was sympathetic to our situation and in a matter of days, we got much more accomplished than we had previously. In-Touch Steff Jan 16. 2012 We are a tough breed and pride ourselves in loyalty, honesty and integrity. We feel great customer service will make you or break you, and with Spectrum you get all that and more. Jim goes the extra step to make sure your product is not only what you want but represents the way you want the public to see your business. He takes the time with you no matter how great or small your business, and I feel great that I finally ran across him............. after a horrible experience with PDQ printing and others he was a breath of fresh air. If you want it done right, quality and in a timely fashion .... talk to Jim at Spectrum Printing and forget bothering will all the rest. If I Could have given ten stars, I would have!

There is good customer service, then there is GREAT customer service. In this town of flakes and fantasies, it sure is nice to know that there are those companies that value the word "Customer." AND, not to forget their quick time response to an inquiry or email. Now, that is worth all the sparkle of Vegas to me. Our Corporate Brochure looks amazing Jim, and you "rock" for handling it through those several months of back and forth emails and proofs until "we" got it right! You do go the "extra-mile" alright, in fact, several miles on this one and we are so thrilled with the final. Youre A-OK in my book!!

Very fast, flexible, and dependable. We were a first time customer and Spectrum was able to work through our newness of the process to provide outstanding customer service as well as end product. We were very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone in the Vegas area who needs any printing needs.
