Christina was my stylist last night. I had a 5pm appointment. She did not come get me and start until 5:20. She put color on my hair - stated 25 minutes and then she would wash it out. She then started working on someone else. I sat there with color on my hair for 45 minutes. She finally came and washed it out. Put conditioner on my head and stated 5 minutes. After a very long while I counted in my head in an extremely uncomfortable position five minutes. I then sat up and watched the clock. fifteen minutes went by until she noticed that I was sitting up. She was still applying dye to the other persons head (dark brown) ( mine was a dark blonde). She came over with the same gloves on - not changing them! Started to wash out the conditioner - her gloves that she did not change filled with water which she proceeded to dump on my face. I sat up and informed her that she was not cutting my hair and I was done. I walked to the register - with a wet head and conditioner still in my hair. She then wanted to charge me $45 -- she was comping the conditioner. I informed her that I would never come back to this place it was the worst service ever. She walked away and got someone else to wait on me. Who then proceeded to have me fill out a smile guarantee form. I was not smiling. I had conditioner in my hair. A wet head. A wet shirt. Wet pants. Make up - black running down my face. When I got home I had my son check to make sure that she did not transmit any type of anything from not changing her gloves and washed the conditioner out of my hair, and the make up off my face. Worst hair cut experience ever! I would rather rock the mullet that I did not ask for than what happened to me last night at the Hair Cuttery under Christinas hands! Buyer beware!!!

The FACT that everyone is on here bad talking Cristina is beyond me. She has a personal life aside from work including social media and she can say whatever she feels like saying about ANYONE but at work she keeps it professional theres no question about that. Shes always loved doing hair since a teen. And has been dying hair for YEARS. Making people feel great about them self with a new hairstyle is what gives her passion to do her job. Ive known her for 20+ years and have always trusted her with my hair. If you want someone who loves what she does the GO TO CRISTINAS chair. So George Williams and Kathleen Kibler you can give her the worst reviews you could come up with but for as long as I have know her and how much time Ive spent with her I know that SHE LOVES WHAT SHE DOES AND NO BOGUS REVIEW WILL STOP HER FROM DOING WHAT SHES AMAZING AT and thats being a true hair stylist with passion and creativity. I would give them no starts if it was an option me and my girlfriend have a wedding the day of she had an appointment to get her hair done in the morning and no one call to tell her her hairdresser got fired and no one else could do her hair so she had to go somewhere else and find a appointment at the last minute and I went there 3 months ago walked in and no one even acknowledged me so I sat there for 10 minutes without anyone saying hi so I left

When I go to the hair cuttery I always ask for Christina. She is always professional and polite. She always ask me how my day was. Christina is always very attentive when doing my hair and it always comes out fantastic! I wouldnt trust anyone else doing my hair. Keep up the great work !!!! Took my sister here for her first haircut, I forgot his name who cut her hair but he did a really good job. She was really nervous and scared, but he was really nice with her, and afterwards when I took her home she told me she wanted him to cut her hair again. Will go back.

Made appt and was quoted price. After hair done was charged double. When I pointed out the quote and how the price sign were both charging lower she explained it was because she charges her own rates

I usually get eye brow waxes and hair cuts from different people everytime I go and they are WONDERFUL people! I absolutely LOVE this place!

Annoyance

May have to go in again to get my hair trimmed up but I loved the price.
