OMG BII Hair salon!!! crazy how this salon is close to my house, yet i had never seen it, as soon as you walk in your breath taken by such a beautify atmosphere with wonderful owners and employees as a young 20 year old male staying trendy its very hard, especially when it comes to hair, for many it may not be such a problem but for me it really was. why you may ask? well i get bored with my hair very fast, so im constantly changing it up. .i would constantly bounce from place to place, finding the perfect hairstyles and see witch on could give me what Im asking for, but as always something would come out wrong. I had officially given up on my hair, no one was able to give me what i was asking for...until i found Jacquelyn, or should I say SHE found me. after checking out her portfolio I instantly said to myself "SHES THE ONE" i was blown away by her work, it was young, trendy, hip, cool, and fun. she has NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME. Shes also added some color to my hair and once again amazed me, I recommended her 100%. and to add to her wonderful work she also has a great, kind, and caring personality. IM NEVER LETTING YOU GO :)

I normally do not give reviews but for Bii I will. Bii is a wonderful place to which I drive a hour from the city of Chicago where I work/live to get my hair done. Its definitely worth the trip. James, Adam and Lindsey work flawlessly together. Adam is always there to greet you with a warm smile and hello when you walk in the door. James is always so nice and brings a great happy spirit to the salon. Lindsey is one of the best hair sylists to work on my hair ever. Shes extremely talented and knows her products and techniques. She does an amazing job each time on my hair and after a visit at Bii I always feel great. Because of Lindsey I have received so many compliments on my hair on a weekly basis. The salon itself is beautiful and they really care about their clients wants/needs when it comes to their hair. I highly suggest going to Bii for your next salon visit, coming from far or near it will always be worth it.

Stella needs to change her name to Stellar. I came in with orange roots and gray/green ends. I tried to have it fixed at a place down the street and they made it worse so I came into Bii with a lot of apprehension. Stella was so sweet and METICULOUS. She went over every stands of my hair and made sure that both the bottom and the top matched. She actually cared that I looked good and seemed to really love her job. It took 4 hours but I left wanting to cry I was so happy. I went from Orange roots, muddy brown middle and gray/green ends to a beigy beautiful dark blonde. I found a salon for life I will never go anywhere else. Ive never had someone so dedicated and kind I cant say enough good things! Stella has a customer for life! The salon was also comfortable and so pretty and its obvious why this place was voted number one. Thanks Stella!!!

This is the only salon that I will go to, to get my hair done. I always have Jacqui do my hair since shes never messed it up once and always does 150% on it. The salon is extremely clean and the environment is excellent, everybody is always so nice and Ive never once had a bad experience here. Everybody does an amazing job and Ive never come out of the salon unhappy and nobody is anything but professional. I always feel right at home whenever Im here and Im sure if I could spend hours and hours there I would. Definitely the best salon that Ive been too and will be the only place that I go to for my hair.

Needed an all-over color correction so thought I’d try Bii since it uses natural products. James, my stylist, was very knowledgeable and thorough discussing my options. The resulting color was as we discussed but after living with it a day I realized it was just too light for my comfort level. I called Bii and without hesitation they scheduled an appointment for the next day. James fixed the color at a reasonable price and even taught me a great styling trick to tame my curls. Overall, everyone at the salon was very nice, professional and provided great service. Highly recommend.

Im very specific when it comes to my hair, boarder-line annoying, because its thick and curl; a lot going on with it. So its very difficult for me to find a location that works for me. Today was the second time Ive gone to Bii Hair Salon in West Dundee and again its the best experience, all around. From the moment you walk in, to the hair wash, to the cutting/styling process, till you check out- phenomenal. I drive 30 mins to get to this salon and Id drive +1hr!! My girl was Ms Jacquelyn. Love her! Sweet, personable, professional and extremely talented!

It was my first time going to Bii Salon and wanted to give some positive feedback. They have a wonderful atmosphere, its very modern, professional and yet natural - a perfect balance. You get a warm welcome when you come in the door and offered tea, coffee or water. Edyta is my Master Stylist and took care of my hair putting in some lowlights. She is absolutely fabulous stylist and has and a personality to match. I also want to give thanks to Cassandra and Adam for their follow up. You three made my experience such a positive experience.

Ive been a regular customer of Bii since theyve been open. They have done fantastic work on my hair. They have helped me have fun again with my hair while still maintaining a look that is business appropriate. I highly value their knowledge and skills to help me look their best. They even recommended a shampoo and conditioner that has helped to keep my hair full and my hairline from receding. I try to send all my friends and family to Bii because I know they are in friendly and talented hands. Cant wait for my next appointment.

Go there. You wont be disappointed. West Dundee is lucky to have such a great salon. I feel like we all died a little when we lost JCPenney at the mall and their salon they had, weve all been searching to find something to replace a place we went to for years. How lucky are we to get some place that is SO much BETTER! They are up to speed on the newest, best and healthiest way to make your hair look great. Truly worth the money. Ask for Jacquelyn and youll have a fantastic time with her!

Visited Bii for the first time yesterday. I will be back. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the front door. They are very professional and make you feel like they are happy to see you. Erin was my stylist and she did a wonderful job. She took the time to find out what I wanted and nailed it! I had an all over color and cut. My hair feels and looks healthy. I will definitely return.

Wonderful! I have gotten my hair dyed and cut, by three different stylist and each one did an amazing job so you cant go wrong with different choices! The service is very enjoyable and efficient. The space is very clean and has a great atmosphere too, with friendly staff. Yes time slots fill up fast but theres a good reason!
