Cecilia (comment below) pretty much sums it up. I too have been going to Julia for several years. I knew she was for me when she explained to me the first time we met why I may not want to do something I asked for. From that moment on I trusted that she would only do whats best for me and my hair. You know, she also kept the picture I brought with the cut in her drawer until I decided I wanted something different. When Im on a tight time frame and want it "now" (I dont plan well), Rachel is always willing to step in and color when necessary. They make a great time. And after knowing Rachel for this long, I know the appointment issue below was NOT her fault. Rachels customer service is excellent. Personally, Id never make an appt without contact. I use Facebook to book Julia!

I started to go to Julia & Rachel for my hair about 8/9 years ago. I love them. Very professional and they do an amazing job. From color, hair cut, style, they can do anything without any problems. They always try to find a spot for you, either if they have to stay late or come just for you. I’m still going and I’m very very pleased. Aya for nail does a very good job too! Like her a lot. And Susie, the owner, is very friendly and warm, she make you fill at home. The place is always perfect and very clean! Susie does a very good job on that. This is seriously the place to be this winter. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. I just melt from all the love and attention I receive from the moment i open that door. As for the services, I have never left disappointed. In fact, Radka is the only stylist I trusted to take me from mid-back length hair to super short and chick (the cut is gorgeous btw!!!) And if you really want to treat yourself, get a no chip from Aya, soooooo relaxing and lasts literally a month (not that I can wait that long :) Overall a five star experience. Thumbs up ladies, keep up the fantabulous work!

The reservation system is terrible. I signed up for an appointment on the internet, and when I got there the salon wasnt even open. I waited and another hairdresser arrived for her appointment. My person never showed up. Theres nobody to talk to if there is a question or a problem. Everything is on the internet and theres no verification or help available. Its a terrible system. Radka did a good job on my hair the first few times I went there, but after her no-show, I wont go back.

I wrote complaining of Radkas missed appointment a few months ago and just checked back and saw Susies nice reply. Thank you very much for that reply and I will consider trying the salon again.

My regular hair chick is leaving the business and I need a new place to go. Main Salon looks exactly like what I am looking for. I will be checking them out soon.
