I just had the best experience with this Ulta location! There is a consultant who works there named Leo who was SUPER helpful! He has helped me find products a few times before but today he knocked it out of the park. Not only is he really knowledgeable on make up but he also knows a lot about skincare. I let him know about current concerns that I had and he went over a routine that would work best with my skin type, along with recommending products. Along with letting me know about some higher end products, he also talked about products that are more affordable and helped me find products that fit my concerns and my budget. He seems to have a great understanding of Ultas high-end and drug store items, and didnt just try to push the expensive products on me. Really friendly too!

They have had about 3 different benefit brow specialists in the last year and a half and its a little frustrating. I had the salon do my eyebrows the last time fearing that they would do a bad job. However, the salon did them better than the benefit brow specialists do! I usually break out after getting my eyebrows done, but when the salon member did them, I didnt break out! Ask for Sylvia in the salon to do your hair/eyebrows. Shes funny, quick, and efficient!

Worst ulta Ive ever been to. The employees here are rude and dont know about any of the products the store carries . And the store manager is a joke. One associate got rude because I didnt want the bag she offered me to carry around. Id rather drive to woodfields ulta location instead of coming here and giving this horrible store my money.

Never apply there worst hours! Even when you request off they will still make you work. Tuesday you have to work till 1 30 am at night and still expect you to go to a meeting next day at 8 am for ... most managers are kids and are not really helpful. Poor customer service Worst store to ever apply to !

No one greeted me at all during my visit. I wasnt even asked if I needed help finding anything; while other shoppers were greeted and helped out. Will not be returning here.
