I received the worse haircut of my life here - and after contacting them a couple times I gave up trying to receive even an apology. While getting the cut I mentioned that I could not afford to have my hair colored every 6 weeks - this is when my hair started hitting the floor and the hairdresser became borderline rude with me. Very unprofessional acting. The name of the hairdresser was Laura - - so by reading the previous review - you are either her best friend or on drugs. The worse part was no response - I would not recommend this salon - much less Laura to anyone.

I will recommend this Salon to all my friends, family and strangers! I am very picky when it comes to my hair bacause I take care of it and honestly I had the best experience, I got exactly what I wanted! Emma is great on color correction and cut and god bless her soul for helping me out lol!, its not enough to say that I am definitely going to be back and that its my #1 go-to for a quick fix! And it turned out to be less $ than I expected! Great staff and customer service!

I LOVE THIS SALON. Going from a terrible (but pricey) CU salon to this one was like tasting a little bit of heaven. The people are SO nice, knowledgeable, and did I mention great service?! I would (and have) recommended this to my friends, and they received the same great service as me. Timothy Johns is the real deal. Note: Im not her best friend nor am I on drugs. Im just a satisfied customer who happens to be a grad student in the area. I stand by my review and rating.

Just had my hair cut by Luba. She was excellent. Very professional. She was not overly chatty which for me is a big plus. I like to relax during a haircut, not feel like Im in an interview. Luba asked the right questions, gave good advice and the cut turned out beautifully! Other great features: Salon is clean and nicely decorated. Price is very reasonable (you can easily pay 7+ dollars more for similar service at other salons in this area). Convenient location.

Im particular about hair cuts, and when living in NC I regularly drove 6 hours to go back for a weekend visit to my long time hair dresser. I didnt think I would find anyone that could consistently cut my hair the way I like it, and tried Timothy John on a whim. Ive now been seeing Kristin for two plus years, and would recommend her without hesitation. Sad that we are now moving away, and Ill have to find another salon!

I dont normally write reviews, but saw the crazy bad review of Laura and had to write something. Laura has been cutting my hair for almost four years now and Ive never been disappointed. Shes also the sweetest person you could ever meet!

Ive been going to Timothy John for over 4 years and I love it. My stylist is Stacy. She is THE best at color and styling. You cannot go wrong with her. The staff there is professional even though the business has a casual atmosphere.

Probably the best salon in town. Skilled stylists who can manage anything from conservative styles to crazy colors. Great waxing and mani/pedis too.

Luba is great. I have curly hair and I like shorter cuts. She does short cuts in a way that does not require much styling in the morning :-)
