Went for simple makeup yesterday. I gave her specific instructions but she ignored it all. I used to go there once in a while for eyebrows threading but I will never go there again. She did crappie job on my makeup. I asked for fake eye lashes that were so bad that I took them off right away. I had to wipe off th makeup too. For that she charged me. $115. On top of it, she wanted a tip. Usually, I give a generous tip of at least 20% but I gave her $10 tip. So, it cost me $125 for the crappie makeup. NEVER go there. Week before that I went for eyebrows threading. I have been growing my eyebrows to make them thicker. I told that to the lady but she still got them too thin. NEVER go there. Very unprofessional. Bad service. Bad makeup.

I would give them Zero stars if possible. Horrible service on a nose piercing....requested a white stone and she came and asked if we wanted gold or silver. The next thing we see ...she came with the piercing gun and pierced and we see a pink stone on the nose. There is no apology for the mistake. They did this intentionally...may be using some cheaper materials or reusing materials. The sterile package was not opened in front of us. They just show you the sterile packet in the beginning saying it is made in USA, but, not using it for the actual piercing. The lady did not even sterilize her hands after finishing other jobs with other clients. Please do not get piercings here...it is totally rude, UNSTERILE and unprofessional.

Lady was kind & did a good job on my hair but overcharged me. It was stated $20 for a haircut but $35 for a haircut, shampoo & blowdry on their site. She cut my hair & blowdried it without washing it & charged me $45 then gave me a discount of $5. I ended up up paying $40 no tip because I went in expecting to pay $20-25 but paid way more and I dont know exactly what for. I regret not asking the price before the cut. Other than the overcharge and the fact that all the hair brushes were dusty & had leftover hair from previous uses, she did do a very good job on my hair. I really want to return, but will not be.

This place is okay, but if you go when the owner is there, you will not be disappointed. She is the only one i will go to for my eyebrows. BTW if you want to keep you eyebrows thick tell them just to clean it up a little bit and it will stay at the thickness you want. You should be regularly going to get you eyebrows done at least twice a month so the shape you want stays the same. You have to be very specific of what you want. And if you see something wrong, just tell them. But again, I only go to the owner, no other girl because these eyebrows always have to be on fleek.

Do not go to this Salon as the Owner forced to take out tips from you when you leave..She doesnt give the tips to the employees ...but takes it for herself which is very Cheap....Suppose you dont tip her , she will give you a weird look.She claims to be having herbal products at her salon,but really they are cheap dollar store items and she charges very high amt for all the services....If you go for threading only she will make you try other facilities which offered by her .Not a good place to go.I would not recommend this Salon to anyone.
