I went to them to get my nose pierced. I was told the owner of this Salon is a professional at piercing. When she pierced my nose the gun got stuck!! And she started pulling it out with all her strength, when she ripped the gun out of my nose I started bleeding in gallons of blood, because she ripped a vein. And all I got from her was, Im sorry, I do so many customers, this hasnt happened..well I highly doubt that because she didnt look like she knew what she was doing! If she doesnt know how to pierce noses she should not do it! I realized later on that before she pierced my nose, she didnt test the gun and thats why it got stuck!!! She was absolutely horrible and Im in excruciating pain! If you ever want your nose pierced NEVER GO TO HIBA BEAUTY SALON!

Im giving 2 stars bc in the past i have had a very nice punjabi lady that did my eyebrows. Otherwise i would give this place no stars. This is my 2nd bad experience with them. After the 1st bad experience when i came in and no one acknowledged me standing there and then started taking customers that came after me...i decided to stop going here. Today i decided to give them another try. They close at 7 and i just walked in at 6:50 and the girl at the front desk didnt even smile and said sorry we are closed. It clearly states on their door that they close at 7. If you want to close early or your employee is in a rush to go home, please change your timings and improve your customer service. I will no longer give them another chance.

This is my first visit to this place here. I have got my arms waxed here. At few places, a layer of my skin peeled. She finished waxing both arms in less than 10 minutes. It pained terribly and skin literally peeled. She did not clean my hands and so I had wax left at many places. Finally she applied plenty of oil on my hands so that all my clothes were stained. These people want to get the work done as fast as possible so that they can treat more customers. They dont care how they do their work. They do it really messy. I have been to many Indian salons before which are clean and do good work and to get my arms waxed but never saw one like this which is so dirty and horrible service. Please stay away from this place

I had been to this place for a pedicure and they lacked very basic things that are required for a pedicure. The owner brought water in a small container and started the process. She used very little cotton and a very small amount of nail polish remover. She had a file that fit in just 2 fingers. I asked the lady to stop when she started filing and told her I am not happy with the service. She asked me to pay for whatever had been done. Extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to this place. This place is not so hygienic as well.

I would not recommend this place to folks who arent of the Indian decent. Everyone there is speaking Indian the whole time and the few times i have been there, it almost sounded like the comments were aimed at me. The place also has a terrible stench to it, if you want your moneys worth, go to an American salon!!
