Bad services and really bad tempered people. Me and my daughter are so done with how the staff show their frustration on customers. We are daily customers and they think its ok to take it out on people like us, just cause we let them, and frankly it was so annoying. I took my daughter for some arm waxing and she has sensitive skin. It burned up and got irritant which cause it to get red and the pores looked horrible. The two ladies tried nothing but to persuade us to get a leg waxing as well. When my daughter said no, they simply just tried again and again to the point where she got really mad. They didnt even help her or give her ice for her arms. Those ladies later laughed right in front and her and me for what happened and I was furious. I also got a little trim for my haircut, and the lady that was doing it gossiped about supposedly someones hair was stinky when she was cutting it, so that clearly indicated that they just LOVE gossiping. I wouldnt go there again, and if I did I would block out everything so it wouldnt get to me.They were super disrespectful, very bad qualities for a salon, and definitely not customer-friendly.

Backstory: My family and I just moved to the Naperville area from Nebraska a few weeks ago. Finding places to fill the void in service needs has been a challenge; getting a haircut is especially important. So, my wife suggested this place after a search on google and I can say that my hunt for a stylist is over. Great cut, great service and suggestions for styling that were great. Having been in the military I have a sense for confidence in cutting hair and the stylist here did a rock solid job and did it effortlessly. Awesome spot. Now to find a good watering hole and a tailor.

GIRLS HAIRCUT: terrible! my sides arent even! i asked them to fix some things and then i was just too scared for my hair so i was done. i would have been better off going to great clips... or heck, even having my mom cut it! they also styled it like a bad 70s hairstyle; long and straight with a very tight curl at the end. saw some other ladys getting eyebrows done, seems like they did a decent job with that. the person cutting my hair was friendly. so for other needs, it might be okay, but avoid the cut. worst haircut ive ever had :(

I used to go here before they changied ownership for my eyebrows and they were awesome. However, I bought a Groupon about a month ago for a Brazil wax and had the most horrible experience with it. Ive had many Brazilians, but she actually burned me twice! She also made me wait 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. To top it off she wasnt going to accept my Groupon even though I bought it 5 days earlier and verified that it would be valid. I would NOT recommend this place for a Brazil Wax to anyone.

Excellent service! Very professional service. Went for a haircut and got exactly what I requested. Never been so happy with my haircut before. Their instruments and drapes were very clean. They did not rush to finish off the task. Took the time to make sure it exceeds my expectations. Their fees are very reasonable. Give them a try and I am sure that you will not regret it!

I especially love the fact that the employees are so nice! i personally love Beena,saima, and Fatima (sorry if misspelled). i love the way they treat you nica and make you feel welcome! i hope this review helped!!!

Such a shame that people have time to write bad review. I have been there several times and I had no problem and i walked out happy and satisfied every time. In fact I recommended this salon to many of my friends and colleagues as this is the best salon in Naperville. Staff are very courteous, professional and look after you :-)

The place is hardly any clean and hair dresser working on my hair stopped 4 - 5 times to attend phone calls and to chat with her colleagues..Worst was the hair cut I got as she messed up my hair thoroughly..I hv never had such a bad hair cut ever..Never again to this place

Preschool Girls are NOT considered as kids here!! Saw the board saying "Kids haircut 8.99" and went inside. At the time of payment I was charged 12.00 saying by kids they mean boys only. My bad, I should have checked their definition of "KIDS" before entering!

The best care you can get for your hair. They take their time and they make you feel very very comfortable. I was first introduce to this place a year ago and since then no one else touches my hair.

Good luck ever getting an appointment at this place. They do not answer the phone, their online booking is broken and when you do a walk in they ask you to come back at their convenience.

Supposedly they are under new management and will not honor a Groupon I purchased before the change over. In my opinion that is not good business.
