In response to Sue Rispens, I believe you may have the wrong Salon Giovanni. I have never seen anyone by that name before. Ive looked through my entire book for 2015 and do not have you in my system. If this is an oversight by me, I apologize. I would love the opportunity to rectify the situation, though. I just wish I knew, either your real name, or the actual date you were allegedly in my chair. I am not, nor will I ever claim to be perfect. When I make a mistake, I always fix it. Any of my long time customers can attest to that. If you are, bored at home and this is a fake review, then keep on keepin on with your life and all I have to say is that I feel sorry for you.

I, and my three kids, all get our hair cut at Salon Giovanni. The difference between SG and other salons are the people. Everyone at SG is very nice, patient and they want you to be happy. As a man (Dad to some), I can tell you that foo-foo joints are not for me. SG is a great place, clean, not too fancy; just right in atmosphere. I feel their prices for a quality cut are fair. Other area salons should take notice and understand what it takes to run a business and keep customers. I tried several salons in Plainfield. This is the first that I can say deserves to stick around. We love Nicole. :)

I went from frustrated to FABULOUS! I have been trying to grow my hair very short pixie out for 6 months and could not take it one more minute! I looked this salon up on the internet and went over to check it out. I felt comfortable immediately. To my surprise Giovanni happened to have an opening in a couple of hours and I went back. If you have ever had short hair you know that not just any hair stylist can cut it. Most of them make you look boyish!!! He did an AMAZING cut. Its perfect! Thanks for making me feel great!!!!!!!

Worst hair cut I have ever recieved, and so over priced! I asked for a trim of just a few minor problem areas from a previous bad hair cut and the stylest went completely overboard and lobbed off inches. The stylist did not listen to a word a word I had said, and now itll take several months of looking rediculous before I get the length back and a second chance to rectify the issue. DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Marty has given me the best cuts (and color) for many years - I will not go anywhere else and even travel farther to have him do my hair. My teenage son has also had cuts from Giovanni and Nicole and he will not go anywhere else either - quite an endorsement for a teenager!

Salon Giovanni is without question, the best salon I have ever visited! It has a fun and upbeat atmosphere and the most talented hair designers I have seen! Giovanni gave me the best hair cut I have ever had! Overall, a fantastic salon experience!!!
