Terrible terrible customer service. I made an appointment here for prom and specifically told them it was on a Saturday, may 6th to be exact. I repeated myself and asked Saturday May 6th right? They said yes. When it came to the day of it was weird because I didnt get any calls or emails from them reminding me of my appointment. So I called and asked to reassure what time my appointment was at, they told me I was scheduled for YESTERDAY at noon, which was a Friday. I told them there was no way I specifically told the girl it was on a Saturday how was it possible that she scheduled me for a Friday?? Reminder this is prom and prom morning. Everything is booked and everything shouldve been planned ahead of time. So Im panic I asked if theres anything they can do for me or fit me in. They just straight up said no. Sorry. But nope. They didnt even try nor sounded like they care. They understood it was prom and I was under the impression I hade a makeup and hair appointment with them. Any women wouldve been just as pissed as I was. And it was sad because this wouldve been my first experience there.. now thanks to them and their horrible customer service and scheduling I never will. I say dont risk it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have always bounced from salon to salon either trying to find a stylist or following a stylist. I have definitely found a home at Versed. I think people dont realize how important a good consultation is for your whole experience. Dana was great at understanding my style, and lifestyle needs along with my skin tone and the face of my shape in order to put my look together. My cut and color is wonderful every time I have gone. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable ans every stylist and employee is friendly and polite. The prices are above that of a chain salon- but its worth it getting quality services- and finding your stylist is still there the next time you book your appointment!
