The only reason Im even giving two stars because there are a couple employees who were very nice and helpful, otherwise most of the time the employees either harass you to buy from the brand theyre repping or they ignore you completely while they sit there and gossip with one another. Aside from the actual makeup, there is little motivation for me to continue shopping here. Im really disappointed in their customer service. I was under refunded and when I questioned the cashier about why I wasnt getting back the full price that I originally paid I was given attitude and they tried to talk around the issue without actually holding themselves accountable for their mistake or even fixing it (this happened at the Wheaton location). I called customer service last Sunday and havent heard anything back even though I left two contact numbers and my email. I tried to go in to one of my local stores today was told unless I have my receipt or go to the original location they couldnt do anything. I thought the whole point of their return policy/using my rewards number was so I didnt have to bring in a physical receipt. Either way, I STILL HAVENT BEEN REFUNDED MY MONEY AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME IN ALMOST A WEEK TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. My whole reason for stopping in was for my birthday and I was so frustrated I didnt even buy anything. So, thanks a lot Ulta! Maybe Sephora would be a better option. **UPDATE: STILL not impressed with the customer service. It only took several attempts to get my issue resolved & I had to resort to calling them out on social media before anyone took me seriously. I had a brief correspondence (& waited around for two hours) when they finally offered a solution with the least amount of effort, a gift card that covered the refund amount (and MAYBE tax), but no apology whatsoever or much incentive to continue shopping with Ulta (other than essentially being forced to since my refund was issued in the form of a gift card). Stay classy, Ulta!

Where do I begin. The amount of distress this place has caused me is unbelievable and I plan to take legal action. I came to visit a technician by the name of JAMILA. Whatever you do, do not have her touch your face. This woman should have her license revoked. I came on the day of my bridal shower with my makeup all done just to have lashes put on. Not only did this woman have no idea how to measure and cut the lashes before applying the strip, she applied them with PERMANENT glue intended for INDIVIDUAL lash extensions only. You are NEVER supposed to apply a strip with that. It started burning immediately, my eyelids felt like they were on fire! My entire bridal shower my eyes were watering and eyes burning. Despite every method of removal, (4 hours to be exact) half of the strip is still stuck to one eye and 60% of my eyelashes are gone. They certainly wont grow back by my wedding. I am disgusted by the work at this place. Please do yourself a favor and go to a place with people who are more skilled.

The store in general is horrible. They seem to be very disorganized and the front section is dark and crowded. They have good quality perfume which I enjoy. There higher brand stuff is not very good and not very high brand. They seem to always run out of the popular colored make up such as light, many eye shadows are not in stock and forget about getting some good eyeliner they only have some in the front section (okay quality). Reason it got 3 stars is because I had a great hair transformation there dark dark brown to red!! It was wonderful and extremely difficult but the style pulled it off perfectly!

When I had my hair done there, there was one person cutting my hair, answering the phone and assisting customers at the back, she kept leaving me to do those other things. Pretty unbelievable. Ive had good products recommended to me that I still use on my face. The front desk staff is usually smiling, helpful and quick. Never went back to the salon, but I frequent this location a lot for facial products. The only thing I dont like is when I have to fend every single associate off trying to sell me something, which happens maybe 3 out of 5 visits.

Everyone there is helpful and acknowlable. I get my eyebrows done at the brow bar with Araceli and she is the absolute best. The other girls are great too but shes my favorite. Lexi at the hair Salon is also wonderful! She lightened up my hair and it came out wonderful! I was so nervous about getting it done but it worked out great! My hair looks amazing! The store is clean and organized. Someone is always there to help: I buy Lancôme products and the ladies are all wonderful! Maria is a dear! I highly recommended this Ulta. Its a great place!

This is the second bad experience Ive had at this location in about a week and a half. The first time all the employees were talking and I couldnt get any help. Had to wait five minutes before theyd even ring up my purchase. Three employees hanging around the register apparently cant seem to do more than talk. I had a coupon for a free sample that the lady said they were out of. As Im leaving a lady asks another worker for the sample and she gets it. Seriously!

This location at this Ulta is horrible! I never wanted to get out of a store so fast because I felt judged! They dont even deserve this one star! The ladys were following me everywhere I went I asked for help with make up and she didnt not! Know how to apply it and the manager was very very rude! I believe the manager name was LIZ ! Blond hair and skinny Coustumer service I everexperienced!

Horrible service. Rude management. Associates and Managers are quick to accuse you of wrong doing without listening to your concerns. Purchase the products online for half the price and save yourself the aggrevation.

Very good experience. An employee named Patty noticed that my wife was having a tough time finding the foundation she wanted, and Patty figured it out and helped my wife sample it. Got exactly what she wanted.
