This place is such an asset to downtown Belleville. Its a wonderful place to catch up on news around town and great stories while my son gets his hair cut. Bill and Jim always make him feel like such a little man. I will always pick this barber shop over any other. Edit- And if you drive by and honk, THEY HAVE A TRAIN HORN! Theres a string and a train horn. BEST THING EVER!!!

I took my son to Boevings Barber Shop yesterday for the first time. It is adorable, everything youd expect from a small town barber shop-- a friendly atmosphere straight out of Cheers, with a personable and knowledgeable barber. The barber was great with my two year old and gave him an immaculate cut. We will absolutely be back!!

Love these guys. Bill and Jim bring an Andy Griffith Mayberry RFD experience to getting a hair cut. Lots of humor and good conversation. After 8-years, Bill and Jim continue to be my go-to barbers -- even after moving even further away! Go! You wont be disappointed
