I was very apprehensive about going as I needed a beard trim, but the barber Angelle assured me she had shaped and trimmed beards before. She clipped my hair with a number 1 blade ( I have very little hair anyway)so that was a no brainer. I told her I only needed split ends cut and some shaping with very little off the length. The one star is for the beard work , she didnt shape it, she basically hacked off months of growth. I was reclining back most of the time so I couldnt see her terrible work. The seat is far from the mirror so I couldnt properly see the work as it was taking place. She did a horrendous job, leaving places on the beard looking very choppy, I am very very disappointed, as anyone with a long beard knows, a lot of time, patience and care goes into it. She needs to go back to class and learn again. One good thing came from this , Im never getting it trimmed by anyone but myself. I still have a six inch beard but it should be sitting atleast 8 inches. I didnt have the heart to get annoyed and complain at the woman.Terrible work !!!!!!!!
