No respect given to the family of the deceased. The salesman continually deferred to an individual who had no reason to be deferred to, he yes, wrote the check. The funds were from the deceased the check writer gained access by coersion. An heirloom not monetarily worth much was buried along with the deceased ; after repeatedly pointing out to the " salesman" that he was not to defer to this sleazy outsider. A very difficult situation was made so much worse by this obvious disrespect of " real" family. The brown--nosing was obvious. The pain caused was palpable. If you feel a funeral ought to be a respectful event; do not use the services offered here.

I would give more than 5 stars if that was possible. This is a family owned funeral home that really cares. It is so difficult to think about details when your loved one dies. There are so many things to think about and plan. Clay was incredibly helpful in making arrangements for every aspect of the process and made sure to explain and give suggestions as we went along. He even took care of floral arrangements and the luncheon after the funeral. I cannot say enough about these folks and the care they gave to our grieving family.
