The first time I went I was satisfied. The woman that cut my hair was friendly and very knowledgable. However, my most recent visit convinced me to NEVER set foot in that salon EVER in life. I made an appointment with a stylist. But halfway through doing my hair she decided that she didnt "feel like" styling it because my hair is "too thick" and she "just didnt have time." I left the salon with my hair all over my head. UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE is what you risk if you make an appointment. Another incident prior to that I was a walkin customer to get my eyebrows waxed. Two stylics yelled from the back of the salon No! We cant do it today! They were completely rude but I had brushed it off thinking they were having a rough day. When I finally did get my brows waxed, my entire brow line was bright red. As a brown skinned woman, the redness was very noticable. Very disappointing.

Went in yesterday for blonde highlights and to cover up my roots from previous highlights. I offered to show her a picture of what I wanted her response "I know how to do highlights". Kandyse Hagner is the stylist I was matched up with and I was very disappointed to say the least. Throughout the appointment she yelled across the salon to other stylists while right next to me. The highlights were not noticeable, a light brown at best. The highlights I received a year ago were still much brighter than the ones she attempted to put in. I asked for a half foil and was charged for 2 half foils and a shampoo/conditioner and cut for a total of $98. I cannot speak for the salon as a whole but I would not recommend this stylist to anyone!! She needs to additional training for hair and a class in professionalism definitely wouldnt hurt.

I got a simple bob haircut here. It was only $29, and I absolutely love it. My stylist was Samantha. I will absolutely go back to her. She was excellent. I notice that other reviewers are frustrated at the unprofessional atmosphere. I cant completely disagree. However, I enjoyed the banter and, in the end, I have a really great, affordable hair cut. I can wait a few minutes up front or deal with what could appear to be rudeness to some people (it seems more like personality to me...) for a good cheap cut.

I regret going here with all my heart. I spent $120 on a haircut and dye. I was going from brown to light blonde. I requested a cool tone, the stylist gave me a warm tone, and didnt even bleach first. It was a disaster I left the salon with complete brass colored hair. There was no blonde in it. She gave no suggestions or input. Drugstore box colorings looked better than the job she did, I wish I had just done that.

I went to get my hair cut here about a month and a half ago and I completly hate it!!!! I figured that I would growto like it but that has not happened. All she had to do was follow what I alreay had and that did not happen. My bangs are uneven, and all my layers are all over the place. She spent more time talking to the other people working. I would not reccomend this place for anyone!!!

I have been getting my hair cut off and on by a couple different salons in the area. All of them mess my hair up and never know exactly what I want! With that being said, Lisa at Regis is the best one I have been to. I am also a hair stylist! She is VERY knowledgable and knows what she is doing. I have a short bob cut and she always has it lokoing perfect! LISA LISA LISA!!

Do not go to Regis. We called and booked an appointment and when we arrived, they tell us they cant do the haircut for another 40 minutes and then it will be with a less experienced stylist. Really bad customer service. Find another salon who cares about customers.

They dont even know certain hairstyles. I asked if they could do a faux hawk hair style and showed them a picture and they didnt how to do it. This place suck. How do you not know. Especially from looking at a picture
