Ive been to a lot of other locations and had great service but I needed to go and get a quick trim for a wedding tomorrow so I went to this small town one. Went there to get a simple trim for my undercut. The only thing needed cutting was my sides and told my stylist to leave the top alone. That is just about the only thing she did right. I asked to have a fade from a zero to a one right up to where my longer hair began. my fade is not a zero even though she said it was and she only took the one up and did not fade it well. Then, she didnt even try to get close to my longer hair and left long chunks all along my line. From far back in the chair I couldnt see these things. She never asked how I liked it. She never gave me a mirror to check it. She simply took my apron off and walked to the counter. I figured it was fine considering how SIMPLE my cut was. . . I was so wrong. So disappointing.

Showed the hairstylist a picture of what I would like. It was just a picture of some simple bangs. She GLANCED at it for literally a second. Showed no interest of what I was trying to show her. I asked her twice if she needed to see the picture she said no. Ended up with a completely different hairstyle ....the haircut turned out ok. BUT IT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Please listen to your customers!! If youre uncomfortable doing the cut say so!!! Will not be returning here again unless shown sign of improvement.

I have been to a lot of Great Clips locations and Ive had good service at every other location. Crystal (I believe that was her name) managed to give me such a bad hair cut with zero fade and longer hair on the sides than the top that I had to buzz my head. She was extremely rude and just complained about wanting to get off work the entire time.

The woman who cut my hair was very apathetic. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (a picture of me with hair Ive had before) and she took electric clippers and shaved some portions before finally taking out the scissors to clean it up. I went home, extremely unhappy with what I received. I will never get my hair cut there again.

Very disappointed on the hair cut. Doesnt know how to read the notes on the computer! They SUCK! I wouldnt recommend jacqueline as a hairstylest. Told to take two inches off took clearly way to much off!!

i love getting my hair washed, cut, or just trimmed there. they are awesome. they make sure b4 they do anything they know what you want. i love the envirnoment too
