Nice store with exceptional customer service! I have used UGP this year for many different shirt order, from bar crawl shirts, fraternity apparel, party shirts, and memorial jackets. Every time I felt great about my purchase because they produced inexpensive, high quality shirts that are only limited by your creativity. This company already strives to succeed in customer service with their online artwork editing and approval system, but the customer service at this UGP store blew me away. I worked with Tara every time which was great because she always had a positive attitude. She was very educated with the apparel and printing options they use and knew which company would be the best for the order I was making. Tara kept me informed on the status of my orders with timely emails, and she always helped me get the best deals. If you want the best shirts for the best price, I strongly recommend you get your next custom shirt order through Tara at UGP.

Very pleased with UGP. Our company used them many times this year to get professional shirts made and we will continue using them years to come. Tara was very helpful in finding the different types of shirts and jackets we needed. She would send me many links to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. The artwork approval email is awesome. We usually order many different colored shirts with a wide range of embroidery colors. The approval email shows each shirt color with the appropriate embroider color. Pretty cool! Probably the best part about UGP is the customer service. Our company is out of Columbia, MO so its not like I can jump in the car and go to UGP. All of our communication is done through email or phone and there is never any problems. Tara is a great person to work with. With the prices and customer service you cant go wrong with UGP!!

Extremely Happy with my shirts and the service at UGP!! As a small business owner in the Champaign area I needed reasonable prices for professional looking shirts. This is EXACTLY what I got from Tara @ UGP!! She was very helpful throughout the entire process, giving me ideas on designs as well as the best style of shirt for my profession. The art approval email was great as well! Seeing exactly what I am getting on my shirts as well as the opportunity to make changes before printing was a HUGE benefit that you dont always get with other companies. I have ordered several different types of apparel here (various screen-printed t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, embroidered jackets) as well as have been assisted with promotional items for the organizations I am involved in. UGP is very up to date in their websites design lab/quick quote tool & have great online approval/payment processes. Several fail-safes and quality assurance steps were taken to make sure our orders were perfect. Cameron who works here was exceptionally helpful and communicative. Overall I have been pleased with every orders design outcome and speedy turnaround time.

I was very please to see that Courtney, from Underground Printing, took it upon herself to search me out and offer her help in getting my shirts ordered and ready in time. Without her help and cheerful additude this could easily have been painful and long. I know that I will be refering anyone and everyone to her specifically for future printing needs. The prices are good and the management, as said above, is to the upmost highest level of reguard. From one manager to another, this is the type of service that we need to see throughout the work place.

The store manager, Courtney McDougall, was a god-send through-out this process. Despite this being our organizations first major t-shirt order, she managed to guide us through the process flawlessly, not to mention her answering our every question. She even went beyond her line of duty and approved the design early so that our order wouldnt be late! Great customer service, they were very friendly via email, quick to respond and helpful with our order demands. The website is very easy to use and we were very happy with how much we could customize, even on our own uploaded images. What we liked most is the approval process, to be able to see almost exactly what is being printed before getting sent the product is a huge plus and a feature we had a tough time finding from local printers. The product is great and we will be sure to be a return customer.

Courtney helped me the whole way through with my barcrawl shirts. We decided on a design and then she submitted it. When I got the proof back, it wasnt exactly right, and I asked her if I could just change a bit of it; I could live with the rest being different. She immediately refused and got the proof turned around in less than 12 hours. It completely right, and the order was still on time. Plus, they were even better than I expected. I will definitely order again from them!

I used Underground Printing services to order about 35 custom shirts for our family reunion. The responsiveness of the staff was extremely quick and very professional. I submitted my own artwork for the shirt which the artists transferred beautifully. Once my payment was complete and the artwork was submitted, I got all of our shirts within a week - with plenty of time to spare before our family reunion. Very pleased with the service all around - would recommend and use again!

Ordered from here twice for two different Christmas gifts. First time, no problem at all, product was great, print turned out great and is of good quality. Second year I got the PDF for my design approval and the color was not originally what I thought it would be. I emailed the contact person, and within minutes he emailed back and already changed the color to one that was more suitable.
