Lazy, unintelligent and smug are the three words that come to mind when entering fedex kinkos. There were three people behind the desk doing absolutely nothing and it still took a good while to summon thier attention, despite the fact that they kept glancing at me then turning around and pretending eyecontact wasnt established. Then they told me to do everything myself. If i wanted to do it myself i would go pay 15cents for a copy at the library. Seriously. You can do anything they offer at the library and somebody will even help you if you ask. Would rather jam a rose stem in my urethra then give those lazy do-nothings a penny.

I use this FedEx kinkos location multiple times a month. They know my orders very well and do a FANTASTIC job making things exactly the way I need/like them, every time. I actually was using a different location in town and when some staff members moved to this location, I noticed the customer service went with them, so I followed them to this location. I dont like going on campus much, so they have now offered to deliver my order! EVEN MORE Customer Service. Thank you to the manager of this location for making my experiences WONDERFUL every time!!!

The manager of the store made three clients in a row walk away upset. The manager talks very rude to customers and does not offer alternatives. The manager just tells you what Fedex cannot do, but doesnt help to find better or the best ways to do things. Answers with I do not know a lot and expects you to know everything that Fedex can do. Poor experience and makes me more willing to make the drive elsewhere.

Went by tonight (5:00pm) and there was a sign on the door saying be back in 45 minutes... Not only was Fedex randomly closed during rush hour but I have no way to know if it closed at 4:16 and would open any minute or if I just missed it and would have to wait another 45 minutes? My solution: Im shipping via UPS from now on.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The service was quick too I was done in less than 5 min. Also they have very wide range of ways to get your document to them. You can use a thumb drive, Google drive, send it through email, or even connect your phone! Its very useful!
