Ive been coming to this salon for the last year and a half and had my hair done by three different girls which were pretty good at what they were doing, so I was happy to come back to this salon. The last couple times I had my hair done by Ilona. The first time she did a good job coloring my hair a giving me a trim, basically she listened to what I wanted (I always make myself clear on what I want) and delivered it. The unfortunate second time with Ilona (and probably my last time there) she totally messed up my hair! First of all she completely did not listen to what color I wanted. She did a way-too-dark color with red-ish shine when I specifically asked for much lighter with NO red tones in it and she assured me this color would be perfect. Sitting on the chair I did not even see the red tones because that color was so dark. She said this color will wash off and be exactly the one I asked for. The color did wash off a little with time but is very much not the one I wanted! Going forward - after coloring she was to trim my hair and add layers along my neck, so she goes ahead and chops off my hair on the length of my lips!!! She did not ask me or even warn me before she did!!! I got me so mad - but well it was already too late. After I came back home and washed my hair 5 times hoping to wash the color off, I dried my hair and noticed that she also chopped off a lot and very uneven layers on the rest of my hair. That was when I noticed the red tones in the color too. I was so upset to loose 1/3 of the length of my hair and to have an ugly color that does not fit me at all! I was and still am very very disappointed in Ilona! You might say maybe she was having a bad day, but still being a hairdresser you have to ASK before you chop off so much of somebodys hair!!!

Jedna wielka porazka! Mialam bardzo dlugie wlosy chcialam podciac 1 centymetr i fajnie wycieniowac te konce. Monika bo tak miala na imie sciela mi z przodu 5 centymetrow malo tego tak krzywo ze inna fryzjerka z tego salonu jak to zobaczyla to az sie przerazila. Wlosy sie teraz nie ukladaja a poza tym po myciu nie nalozyla nic na wlosy na lepsze rozczesywanie tylko darla na sile!!!!! Nie polecam tej dziewczyny nikomu!!! Monika przy stanowisku pierwszym od wejscia. Mam nadzieje ze juz nigdy zadnej dziewczynie nie zrobi krzywdy. Najpierw powinna nauczyc sie scinac dlugie wlosy bo widac nie umie!!!!!!!

Finding the Perfect person to trust with your hair is far harder then I could have imagined!!! After being with the same hair stylist for years and then having to find a new one was one of my worst experiences ever, they say its "just hair" but its far more than JUST hair as many people could agree!! After loosing my "old hair girl" I thought i was DOOMED, until I found Ilona! The salon definitely does not seem like much but she is definitely a diamond in the ruff!! I traveled over an hour to try places that people have recommended to me and I can with confidence say that Ive finally found my one and only hairstylist!! She is the first girl on the right when you walk in and I have definitely done my homework(many bad haircuts, not worth the$$, and terrible color jobs) IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A NEW HAIR GIRL ILONA IS DEFINITLY THE PERSON TO GO TO!!! I want to share my discovery because I know there are Many people out there with the same problem looking for the perfect hair stylist and I have definitely found her! ILONA is the ONLY ONE I will let touch my hair ever again!!!!!!!

I always come here and Im always satisfied. All the hair stylists that work there are great, but Ilona is the best out of all of them I think. She always knows what to do and what I like, and she does it all very quickly. Highly recommend the place and the hair stylist!
