Joshua is a very orgonized and good professional. Joshua is my favorite! It was my first time when I visite this location and I was impressed with all this outstanding customer service I ve been provied with. Joshua helped me to Fax my stuff and he was very polite and professional. He is a very nice and polite gentleman and a very good employee. He was very helpful ! I saw him helping other customers. He was super fast and super professional. All other employees were kind of slow but Joshua was super fast ! Not only he was helping the custumers he some how was able to train and help the other employees who were working there. Wow ! I am really imporessed! I think Joshua should be a manager or something because he is realy good !!! Thanks Joshua you are the best!!! I will tell my friends about you. You are awesome! Overall,this is a very good location with a very professional and helpful employees. highly recommended!

Possibly the least helpful fedex location Ive ever encountered. Had routed a shipment here for pickup since it required a signature. I never got a call saying it was there, until the day it was due to be sent back. I called them before I got there to confirm that I can pick it up. Was told yes, and when I got there, they could not find it anywhere. Instead, I had to make countless calls to Fedex and wasted my time. Fortunately, the sender agreed to send it again to another location and I was able to retrieve my items without a problem. Also, Im kinda disappointed that fedex only allow us to pick location that is near my house instead of near my office. Not everyone lives within 4 miles of their home, especially in big cities. Why doesnt FedEx recognize that?

Well the FedEx service is ok, customer service at this location is lacking. They are generally slow and very unwilling to provide service. We recently had a package held at the location and was never provided a call stating it had arrived. On the 5th day, we checked the status and the package was going to be shipped back to the business later that day. I called and asked them to hold the package for an extra day and they refused. I asked again, stating I was unable to arrive at the business quick enough. They stated it was their policy and they couldnt do anything. I ended up having to leave at midnight to get the package.

Today I had to return a computer cause it didnt work. Mandel was amazingly helpful. Hes terrific. Now I see why so many people like this FedEx office. They were short a few people and had just upgraded to Windows 10 and were dealing with some glitches but went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone was helped. They are all excellent and Mandel really seemed to be setting the pace. Major kudos to everyone there and especially to Mandel.

Really slow internet plus they charge you 0.30$ per minute . I was trying to upload 5 pictures (if you are paying you expect at least fast service )...that pictures where really important and i spent 10$ .Im not person which complains but i had really bad experience there.My boyfriend asked them to do something and they said "use explorer ,not Mozilla" ,we try but explorer was even slower . Workers are very rude .

I went to this location today to print some documents for work. I go to FedEx Office pretty often because I travel for work and have handouts to print while Im on the road. Ive always had a good experience until today. I dealt with 2 members of their staff, and they were by far the rudest people I have ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible. I dont plan on ever going back to this location.

I went there yesterday during a thunderstorm. Their block had lost power and their doors were locked because they were not operational. They were kind enough to take my package with its pre-printed label and I received notification a few hours later that it had been taken care of. The indoor parking was a nice bonus too with the downpour.

Ive submitted 2 orders in the past 2 weeks and they were both done incorrectly. Im talking just basic print orders that they somehow messed up. Theres no point in using the app or ordering ahead if they still make you wait 30 minutes in the store. Staff is super rude too. Try a different location or basically any place else

Nice concept by having all your shipping, printing and computer needs all-in-one and open late. However, some of the associates dont have the required skills to properly inform you nor are they attentive when you are in need of help and are waiting g at the counter. Seems like they are too busy juggling multiple tasks.

this is a very good location and a very good FedEx office.Prices are high, but comparing to other FedEx, this one is the best. So far so good. They have their own parking lot which is good. It can be very difficult to find a street parking in Chicago, but this place has their own parking garage so I am happy :)

I left my drivers license there on a Friday and called Tuesday - was told it was there and when I went to pick it up on Saturday, was told it was THROWN AWAY. Despite my calling and saying I needed it and was going to come pick it up, they simply tossed out my North Carolina drivers license. WHAT THE F***!?

I submitted an order for a booklet at 8:30am. I went to pick up the order at 2pm, and they had printed every other page upside down. Im not sure why no one checked the final product, but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to reprint and rebind.

Had to print emergency last minute headshots and this service was AMAZING! Quick, easy, and friendly at 8:00 am in the morning. Didnt catch her name but the rep who helped me was a sweet African American woman who knew exactly what she was doing. Awesome!

I love that this is a 24 hour location. its super convenient to access this store because they have their own parking lot that has direct access to the store. The store itself is big and well lit, and has lots of employees most of the time
