Ive been going here for years now, and never had a problem. Ive been to other places that have actually lost clothing before! This has never happened here, and they are so friendly, it keeps me coming back. Im surprised to have read the previous review .. but I have to say, if you took it back to Anthropologie and they actually gave you new ones .. Im pretty sure they are lying about it "never happening before". Large companies, especially expensive stores such as Anthro are not exactly in the habit of shelling out brand new items for free unless it really is their fault. Just common sense, sorry. :)

Returned our items cleaned, but poor communication about price. Overcharged, wouldve been cheaper to replace than clean.
