I give this business a F in customer service. The first time a friend asked me to accompany her, because the Employee was giving her attitude and problems. The first time I witness this ladys unprofessional behavior and attitude as if she were doing us a favor. I just went there recently, to find that this attitude was not a result of a bad day, it is INherent in her way of being and treating customers. When I asked her for a simple service, she acted like she did not speak English, and told me to go somewhere else. All I wanted was a button on my coat sown back on. Well, she got herself and the business she is suppose to be representing a complaint at the Better Business Bureau, lost a customer and potentially others because I sure am not recommending this place.

I dont know why the other reviews of this place are so scathingly rude, but I disagree. I have taken my husbands work shirts (nice collared Polo long sleeves, Jos. A. Bank, etc.) here and they have always done a nice job with the starch in the collar and pressing the shirt. I have also taken a few of his dress pants and khakis here, along with an Armani suit coat of my own, and all were done professionally and were clean and pressed. Also: the Korean owners who work there may not be overly enthusiastic to take your dry cleaning from you, but they were never anything less than kind and courteous to me when I was there.

This is the closest dry-cleaner to my place, so Ive given them a number of chances: incorrectly pressed pants and shirts, sloppy job of tailoring pants, etc... Tonight I brought back some new pants that they had shortened too much the week before, and they made a real stink when I told them I did not want to be charged again for a job that was done incorrectly in the first place. They finally accepted to take the pants back, but it is certainly the last time I go there. I encourage everyone to avoid this place, especially that there are so many capable and pleasant business owners in the neighborhood!

went there frequently when it was under different ownership. since I moved back and there are new owners, the service is pathetic and the quality is worse. tears in shirts, lost items, etc. and they have raised prices. it is very difficult to communicate with them. I will never go back and would encourage others to avoid the place.

I have brought in 4 suits to get tailored here, the work is inconsistent, the price is extremely high, and theres very little attention to detail. I still use the dry clean service, but I take my clothes to get tailored elsewhere.

Time is definitely not a priority for these people. If your life is on a tight work schedule and you like your clothes ready when they should be, find another cleaners. They dont even keep the work hours posted on their door.

I have lived in the neighborhood for many years, since this location was taken over by new management a while back I refuse to go in as you are always put on the defense by the rude and offensive woman who works there.

14 dollars and three days later just to fix a zipper?! No thanks.
