I brought in three shirts for tailoring. They were returned to me with grease stains, uneven sewing, and were darted rather than "taken in." The manager acknowledged the poor work of his tailor and, rather than compensate me for The damaged items, suggested I return them to the store from which I bought them and pretend as if I didnt see the stains and markings his employee caused. While this cleaning service is fast, I would never trade speed for quality. I highly suggest you stay away from them. This was truly the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered with any business I have dealt with.

Disappointed in the service I received this week. We recently dropped off our summer white uniforms for cleaning and military press. We received uniforms that were still dirty and had multiple creases due to someone obviously recreasing them over and over again. I am currently ironing out the creases I paid for and doing them myself now.
