I had to call the police about Kim and the other older woman who own this place. After I brought in a shirt and they ripped it, sewed it up, and gave it back to me after not telling me about the new seam on the front of my tank top, I brought it back and asked them to reimburse me the amount I paid or buy me a new one. Reasonable enough, right? Kim calls me last Saturday and leaves me a voice mail telling me she found the new shirt online and she can order that for me or she can give me half the price I paid. The shirt retails at $58.00. I tell Kim to go ahead and order the new shirt for me. I pop in today (Tuesday) to check on the order. Kim informs me that she, in fact, didnt order it after all (so she flat out lied to me) and that she doesnt know when she can order it because her internet doesnt work. When will she get her internet fixed? She doesnt know. Why cant she order it on the iPhone she is holding in her hand? It doesnt have internet. What a joke. I demand to have my old, ruined, shirt back and she refuses to give me it. I just want my clothing, which I cant even wear anymore, and to be done with this fiasco. She denies me. In fact, she takes my property and puts it in the back and after I said I just want my belongings and I want this to be done. After I asked her multiple times I had to CALL THE POLICE. Even after the police arrived she wouldnt give me MY OWN PROPERTY. Finally the officer was able to reason with her (after 10 minutes, she reluctantly gave me my tank top). Believe me, they just lost more than $58 dollars. All of my friends and family live in this neighborhood and they will know not to go to this cleaners. Absolute nightmare. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS. DO NOT TRUST KIM.

Although I havent used this place for their cleaning service, I still managed to experience a customer service nightmare at their hands. This location registered as a UPS access point, a location where shipments would be delivered and held until the intended recipient could pick it up. When UPS confirmed my delivery to that location, I stopped by to claim my package (a new lap top). I was told when I got there that they were no longer acting as an access point despite the fact that they held my lap top in their possession. It took a half hour, numerous confirmations with UPS, and a good deal of arguing before she finally gave me my package, which she had in her possession the entire time. They may well be the best cleaners on the planet, but I hope this review highlighting their dishonesty and complete disregard for customer service discourages you from doing business with them.
