Unprofessional, slow, and unreasonable prices. Specifically, I paid close to $20 for a few pounds of clothes to go through their wash and fold service. Unfortunately, I was visiting from out of town. After I got back to Houston, I realized that they lost one shirt, one pair of shorts, and one sock, which approximated a $100 worth of clothes. Plus, they passed off some other guys old boxer briefs to me. So, basically, I paid $20 for them to lose brand new clothes! I called to speak with them and was put off. They never called me back.

Completely incompetent. They lost the item I dropped off, then tried to pawn off a strangers item that was damaged. Two quick strikes against. The third strike was when the staff tripped over their own excuses for the disaster. Youre better off going to Spotless cleaners at Davis and Ridge.

Fast, convenient, great prices, and friendly service. They have told me they will show up early if I have to drop off my clothes before they open and will stay late if I need to pick up after they close. Never had any issues with my clothes. Best dry cleaners in Evanston!

Very lovely woman owns the place, so personable. Ive been taking clothes here for about a year, and their patch work & hem work is fantastic, on top of decent cleaning services. Clothes are always clean of stains when I pick them up, and prices are fair for a small place.
