I was a regular here, but on my most recent trip, I brought 10 expensive dress shirts to be dry cleaned and 5 were completely ruined. The collars on those five are so heavily faded/bleached that they can no longer be worn. I brought them back and asked if he would be willing to compensate me in some way but was told that he is not the reason that the shirts are ruined... It is because I shave. Doesnt even make sense! Zero stars.

Awful place. First and last time. Blazer had the exact same spot on it I dropped it off for. I asked what they did for it and they literally told me nothing. Its not even a stain, just needed to be cleaned. Did not offer any other service - no redo, no discount. Just a sorry we "cleaned it." Way too many places in the city that deserve business.

We have brought clothes here 3 or 4 times and were happy to have a dry cleaners close by. In our last round of clothes, we received a shirt back with a large hole in the front. They claim that this is not their fault and that they will do nothing to compensate us for the ruined shirt. Do not go to this place. ZERO STARS.

My super hero special ability is to stain shirts with whatever happens to be in my hand. Theirs seems to be getting them out. It doesnt smell and the lady at the counter is nice.. The parking lot is a bit hellish in the morning but the location is otherwise perfect...
