This is the worst cleaners in the city. The lady is beyond rude and the service is terrible. Brought in my boyfriends suit in and when it came back it looked like it got ran over by a truck the pants had tears and holes with black oil. The lady told me that a moth ate it....come on!!! If that what so, why did it look like it got ran over by a truck, that must have been some moth. Refused to pay for any damages to a $900 suit. BEWARE!!!

I have found the service at Lotus Cleaners to be superb. They do an excellent job on my clothes - they always leave consistent lines and have never harmed any of the fabrics I have entrusted with them. The ladies at Lotus always remember my name when I drop off and pick up my clothes, and they couldnt be kinder to me, especially after a long day of putting up with crap at work. THANK YOU! -James
