Signed up this month online. Went the next day in the morning to get the black card membership. Once there I expected atleast a good greeting or a hey thanks for joining nothing at all not even a tour. Didnt even explained how the guest policy works or anything at all. Been there over a week now and im still figuring out where everything is and how it works. Not the best customer service at all. And for the past week all these car vandalism has been happening in plain day and early afternoon! !You cant even go work out completely comfortable knowing this has been going on and some cars have been near the front!! I know because Ive seen people (mostly women) just disappointed and crying in tears. Just a shame. And the gym knows and doesnt warn us or bother to do anything about it. Even the next day workers dont even bother to pick up the glass until a few days later. But, besides that if your trying to get a quick workout its fine. Mostly everyone cleans after themselves. Not completely bad just be careful and beware!!!

The only good thing about this location is that its not crowded usually. Cons: broken lockers that were obviously broken into, the spray to clean the machines is clear, like just water, at other locations, its purple. Half of the cleaning posts have something missing like paper towels or the watery spray or both, so not very clean machines as a result. Its not unusual to havr to tell the staff to add towels or notify them of broken spray bottles. Also bathroom is not very clean. Parking lot is big but people park along the fence for some reason and fire lane so its wierd to get out at times. Also theres been a few robberies in the lot and inside the gym. So if you go for lack of crowds, take a friend.

Ok people, this is a gym not a social media, if you want to socialize just stay on facebook or go to a bar. Im not judging but i bet the people complaining are the ones that usually on their phones texting or even talking jaja and dont let me start with the ones taking picture of themselves instead of doing what theyre supposed to do WORKING OUT!! Theres people trying to workout, so if youre going to be on your phone, just get off the freaking bench and let other people use it!! So stop taking selfies and focus on your workout, remember; no pain no gain lol... the place is clean and never had any trouble with the staff.

This is my home Planet Fitness gym, but I spend most of my time at other Planet Fitness gyms because this gym BLASTS their sound system. So much so that even with my device at maximum volume their music drowns out whatever I am listening to. The staff is nice and the gym is spacious, however I do not want to go deaf just to workout. I have complained on numerous occasions, and unfortunately the staff is unable to assist because they have no access to the volume controls!!!

Ive been going here for years, I do a lot of traveling and have been to several PF throughout the city, state, and several other cities. This location is by far my favorite. The machines are not taped up or out of order, the workers are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and they are one of the few locations with the hydro beds. Granted I go early in the day before the crowds, but overall Ive never been disappointed.

I like that its not crowded too much, but why are so many people just sitting on machines using their cell phones??? Its annoying that the 30 minute circuit usually has between 1-3 people just sitting there looking at their cell phones, and if you ask them to please move they get offended. Or sometimes they are working out but do multiple sets on one machine blocking anyone else from using them.

Standard bare bones gym, newer building and equipment. There is WiFi but the staff claims ignorance of its existence and they wont give anyone the password. Luckily the Chicago public library across the street has WiFi but you have to stand near the windows in order to get a signal. I like to watch netflix while I ride the bike!

NO customer Wi-fi dispite the presence of a router broadcasting a signal. Also theres SOOO many rocks outside this gym its a major hazard to anyone jogging there. Geeze PF... make a difference in your community and present a positive image.... its mid June in Chicago. CLEAN THAT CRAP UP!

Planet Fitness has been one of the most incredible experience of my life. Great customer service and its always clean. What I love about Planet Fitness is the great customer service, when you walk inside the facility. Coworkers always have a great smile and a great positive attitude.

This review is based off of their lack of WiFi for their customers. Meaning they have WiFi.... Just wont give you the password for it. They look at you as if you were crazy if you happen to ask. One guy straight up denied they had one until I showed him that they do.

I dont know why everyone is complaining its a gym youre there to work out and go home its not a social club great location staff is ok no one bothers I work out and leave havent had a problem in this location also very clean quit bitching its 10 dollars

Not a great place to come and work out. Mens bathroom was nasty and the showers had mold all in them. The equipment was nasty and it also had a bad smell as soon as you walk in. Wont be going to workout there again ever!!!!!!!

This location isnt so good like my previous. They dont have black zone. Bad customer service,they can just ignore me for 10 minutes. What Im paying for?? solarium is ok. but you can not adjust lamp power,music or air condition

You cant really expect much with Planet Fitness! Its cheap and it might be convenient for cardio training only. If you want all the heavy weight machinery go somewhere else or train here for basic training. Overall So-so gym!

Like Luis Molina said. I havent had a singlr problem. I get in and get out. No one bothers. Actually, theyre friendly. Ive only heard that alarm go off once since Ive started. Great place. Clean!

This place is great! I always receive a warm welcome from the staff. The gym is super clean and I receive free fitness training. Im so happy :)
