As a former member for over 9 years, the Norridge location is by far the WORST Xsport in the Chicagoland area. Being overcrowded and no parking available is something Ive always had to deal with at all locations, but the staff here are just horrible. I had moved very close to this location and it made sense to make it my primary gym, but the staff were so unprofessional and distracted. Every day that I gave my keychain to scan in, the person at the front desk 1) Does not say hello (or ANYTHING for that matter) and 2) Makes zero eye contact and doesnt even turn their body/head to face you, as they typically have their back to the customers as they hang out in a group chatting behind the front desk. Maybe 5 times in the past 2 years I got an "enjoy your workout" as they handed me back my tag. The entire place is worked by a bunch of kids that are just hanging out and couldnt care less about their jobs. The final straw that made me cancel my membership was when I brought a guest, in which case I was informed that I could not, as the Norridge location is the only XSport that apparently doesnt allow guests. Much of the overcrowding is due to groups of people that hang out on machines and benches at the gym for assumingly half of the day, in which only 30 minutes of it contains actual exercise of any kind. The rest of the time is spent desperately trying to meet girls and talking with people as they hog machines they arent using for anything more than a conversational spot. To sum it up: - The layout of the gym is very awkward and the machines are squeezed so close together that you cant even walk between them: you often need to walk to the end of the row to get to the other side of one. - Thankfully, the gym is fairly clean, at least as well as XSports usually go (which is pretty gross, usually). - The staff have no sense of even the most fundamental concepts of proper customer interaction and service. - Weights and machines are hardly available or put where they belong, even at non peak times. - No one wipes down their machines, period. - Guests are no longer allowed.

I went to the fitness club and very much like the time when I disappeared from Loker case, wallet, cell phone and sneakers, I had it locked all the time, but when I went to after exercising showers Ive already not locked up, for four minutes and I lost all valuable, ok ,it was my fault but I was most disgusted, helpful staff help, absolutely not interested in them what happened, not written report failed to call a number of my stolen phone, and when I tried it myself out of the house about 15 minutes later ,cellphones was turned off. Two days I was there to ask, if anyone found on the parking lot discarded wallet and again told what happened to me , about nothing and no one even knew of the disappeared, I asked why not write report? she does not know . I asked a number for the manager, she told me it can not give,a gave me business card with number of customer service a nd there is always voice mail not in any other way help reluctance reluctance and indifference, I said her, I no longer want to go to the fitness club or be members of more, and the girl at the front desk me of big startled eyes she asked me , WHY? I already had the strength to answer a recount her whole story from again. The company is as successful as its weakest part , and the weakest part of this company is its personnel. Why it is there when 100 cameras can not base one looks at who is leaving before 4 minutes from locker room Thank Xsport fitness but do not want any more, and I think that will not be difficult to find a replacement. Sorry for my English, but I am in the United States only the second month and this is the only nagative the experience of this great country, unfortunately but I will from now lotion driving without a license and other ID and we know neither the policeman Show Report of stole it in the locker Xsport fitness. that I did not just turn negative fitness is big, clean, theres big Jacuzzi tubs, saunas and a super pool provided me a bit lacking, dressing rooms are clean and the showers always inventory soap and a clean towel.

1 star review, I got robbed by $1000 at this location. Expensive Wallet(bought it Canada) with $200 cash, Passport and Drivers Licence of Florida State, all debit/credit cards, business and personal, Samsung Note 3 with all business contacts in there...Everything was stolen... lock was broken down... How it happened ???? Last Friday November 18th/2016 I went to X-Sport at 6420 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60707 it was 9 p.m, few people were at the gym, of course I placed my belongings in to locker and locked it up. 10.20 p.m I came back in to the locker room and went to the pool area for 40 minutes, came back and lock was broken and missing, likely keys for my residency and business office robbers were afraid to take, they left key for my BMW 750Li xDrive (car has GPS , easy to track, and police can track it) as well, or they were in rush.... I was mad at that moment, f...ck I talked to front desk, girl was helpful, the Spanish guy was a supervisor or were in charge as I understood, he literally told me " dont worry, it happens all the time here" with the smile on his face.... I filled out application and left phone number of fiend of mine, was expecting manager to call me back there were suspicious guys walking in to the pool area few times and never stayed there, I remember their faces and hope today I will get access to camera recording and expecting police to take action.

Called in to ask about corporate rates, got transferred to Tyler who said "We dont give prices over the phone, you have to stop by, can you stop by?". I was in mid thought when he just says ok bye and hangs up. I call back and ask to speak to Tyler. I asked him "Im sorry do you have something better going on this evening because you just hung up on me". Tyler says "oh well I though you were done". I said "no I wasnt done because it mind boggling how I have to come in just to get some rates" Tylers response was, "oh well yeah you have to come in, to get the rates, do you want to come or not?" I told him that "no at this point Im done with you, and I hung up" X Sport has to be the absolute worst place when you talk about customer service and how they treat people. Theyre only cool with you once youre a member and even then to them your nothing but $$$. And to all the people that say you dont need customer service to work out and that you should go to a resort for it. I say that if Im going to give you my money and spend my time there, then you best be sure you treat me as a valued member, no matter how much money I spend. And to people like Tyler I say that what goes around comes around. Another individual who developed a god complex because he works out and thinks hes better than everyone else.
