Fantastic Caterers! When my wife and I were married in 2012, we needed a caterer that would provide a special dining experience for our guests, and Prime Food Caterers delivered in spades. My wife is vegan and Im vegetarian, but we still wanted a menu that would satisfy everyone. We met with owner Robert Finnegan and Executive Chef Eduardo Zavala, who prepared a wonderful tasting menu for us. A custom menu, in fact - we wanted a Mexican-themed reception, and Chef Zavala prepared a gourmet selection of appetizers and entrees that were out of this world. That sealed it for us! Prime Food Caterers was so easy to work with, and on the day of the wedding they left nothing to be desired. The catering crew provided exceptional service, from the pre-dinner cocktail hour, all the way through the buffer dinner. Our guests raved about the food, with one guest proclaiming it the best food hed ever had at a wedding. Our only regret - my wife and I didnt have time to enjoy the appetizers since we were too busy doing photographs during the cocktail hour! The food was so good! We cannot say enough great things about Prime Food - they are top-tier caterers for any occasion!
