ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!! I was recently searching for a daycare for my 3 month old daughter. After much turmoil and several months of searching, alas, I found Ravenswood Manor. I arranged a time to tour the facility and meet the faculty. It was close to my job, and seemed like it would be a good fit. I left them a check with the understanding that my daughter was to start part time the following week. After reading through their paperwork, I called the daycare hotline who informed me that this facility had 3 VIOLATIONS, and their license is pending. It seemed a little odd that a business would allow their license to operate to lapse, but i thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt. I called and spoke with the director( who cant spell to save her life) to get the specifics on those violations. She seemed to dance around my question and never provided me with a sufficient answer. Against my better judgment, I still felt "ok" enough to enroll my daughter on a trial basis, especially since it was so close to my job, and only for 3 days a week. Less than 24 hours later, the director called me to inform me that all of a sudden, a family who was scheduled to remove their child from the facility changed their minds and that there was no longer room for my daughter. COINCIDENCE? I dont think so! If this is true, then the family made a verbal agreement with the daycare to remove their child, and their spot was filled. THEIR SPOT WAS FILLED!!!! They should go on the waiting list. Now I have to tell my employer that I can not return as I promised because the director of this daycare is incompetent. If this is not true, then maybe me asking about the violations made her nervous, and she decided that perhaps a less inquisitive or attentive parent would be a more appropriate. Either way, I found their actions to be HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, and very inconsiderate. The director also seemed very reluctant to refund my money. I placed a call to the owner of the daycare and left a message. My call was never returned. IF you do choose to enroll your child, make sure you have an alternate daycare lined up because apparently these are not people you can trust to keep their words, let alone trust with your child. Just thought you would like to know

My son attended RMCCC 5 years ago and loved his time there. Hes still close with most of the kids from his class. Many of the teachers are still with the center and remember his name when he visits! My 7 month old daughter now attends. The teachers are loving and nurturing. They really care about the kids. The Director is helpful and responsive and definitely on top of everything. I would definitely trust this center with my children.

Great staff who do a great job caring for the kids. Theyve been attentive to our needs and requests, and the director has been very professional. I would highly recommend this place.
