Dont go there for hair coloring or highlights because if you are not satisfied they wouldnt fix it and would ask you for extra money for re-doing them. I was there regular customer but they disappointed me when i went there telling them that i wasnt satisfied; the Roopkala owner Asma returned me back without providing me any customer service. Highly disappointed, I am never going back there for any kind of service now and would even not recommend anyone...

Went there for a haircut, asked for V shape haircut with layers. Horribly done. Not satisfied, when asked them to blend it properly .. They said layers werent blended because of V shape. Ive always got V shape and layers yet it was has always beeb blended. Not satisfied. Not recommended.

I have been going to this salon since it opened.. Always great service.. shazia does great facials and vaishali is pro in waxing.. also very reasonable price.. Also got done my makeup and hair and loved everything about it. Thank you all for marvelous job.
