I have had a fantastic experience with Aerotek. I was contacted while I was still in school by a recruiter and at the time I was not looking for a job, but told them to contact me in a few months when I would be graduating. My recruiter did exactly that and already had a few interviews lined up. She was very responsive with any questions I had and extremely helpful with interview preparation. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for work to use Aerotek. With any recruiting company always make sure to ask as many questions as possible. If you are going to be a contract employee make sure you find out all of the ins and outs of your contract. Pay, paid time off, if there are vacation days, benefits, etc. This was my first time being a contract employee, so I was not aware of some of the limitations. In terms of my situation I do not receive paid time off or vacation days. Most of the companies you contract with are flexible and will work with you to help make up hours you will miss, but it can still be limiting. Maybe I was supposed to know this, but I didnt and it was a bit of a disappointment to find out. Point is ASK QUESTIONS and do your research. Aerotek is amazing and they will answer your questions and be straight up with you. Cheers!

Staffing companies may be an entity that future college graduates or even those in post grad unemployment may fear or feel to be an estranged method of obtaining gainful employment. I am here today to tell you that Aerotek revolutionizes recruiting and the pain-stakes of the modern job hunt. Aerotek employs stout individuals comprised of integrity and true dedication not only to helping the individual find gainful employment but putting Americans back to work. Much like other to be college grads, last May I had some leads for employment but the companies I was able to get a foot in the door with just didnt fit my career goals and skill sets. Aerotek was able to help me not only match a career to my education and skill set but helped me develop myself as a prospective employee. Mark Reyna and Tyler Thraen both assisted me in my job hunt and kept open lines of communication with me throughout the entire process. I was placed at a great company and after hard work am employed full time. I hope that those of you who read this give Aerotek a call, whether you’re a college grad, veteran, weathered professional, or someone just look for a change, Aerotek is an industry leader without a doubt because they do more than just recruit, they care.

I have worked with Daniel Mikos at Stephen James for the last 6 months. By far he has been the best Recruiting Specialist I have ever worked with and I am not new to working with placement agencies. What I noticed immediately was that Dan really listened to me, to what my strengths are but more importantly what I wanted to do with them, what kind of company I wanted to work for, etc. He followed up with me at regular intervals and we did find a good fit for me in December 2015. I am happy to report that today is my first official day being hired by that company as a permanent employee. This was a slight career change for me and Dan helped me find it. I could not be happier where I am or with my new job duties. And I am quite certain that this would not have happened with another agency or recruiter. I have a strong resume and I am a good candidate that agencies like to place with their good clients. But I was looking for something different and Dan LISTENED to me and together we accomplished everything that I was looking for. I have recommended people to work with him and I will continue to do so. It is the person you are working with that makes all the difference and for me, that person is Dan Mikos. Thank you so much Dan!!!!

Emily Peel and Mike Czekanski contacted me a couple months back regarding a Technical Sales/Sales Engineer job. Here is a quick background. At 25 years old with 2 years of Project Management and Technical experience in engineering, it is very very difficult to enter the Technical Sales position. Ive been searching for a Sales Engineer job for months, dozens of interviews, at the end of day, everyone wants to hire an experienced salesman. Then one day Emily contacted me, both she and her manager Mike Czekanski referred me to one of her clients who was looking for an experience salesman with a strong technical background to manage U.S. West sales and 7 sales reps (California to Illinois). I interviewed along with half dozen other prospects, being the youngest one I didnt bank on getting this job. BUT Emily sold me to them, she BELIEVED in me and believed in my potential to pursue my dream. Long story short, Emily came in and got me a job that I didnt think anyone at my age was able to get. If you have a dream and a career path you want to pursue, Emily Peel will be there for you and the very least she can do, is to offer you the opportunities in the field you crave.

I remember it like it was yesterday. August of 2013 paint had hardly dried on my diploma. I was frantic as I could not find the job I wanted all summer after graduation. I had been to interview after interview and could not find the company that fit me, or that saw me as fit. Mark and Tyler reached out to me and assured me they would place me somewhere where I will be able to be myself and feel comfortable while being able to advance myself as an individual and a professional. Mark and Tyler knew exactly what was the right fit for me when he placed me with my current company. They placed me with a company with strong core values that challenge me every day to be the best me that I can be. They offered competitive pay and great benefits. Once my time with Aerotek was up the company took me full time, and promoted me. If it was not for Mark and Tyler at Aerotek I’m not sure where I would be today. I may of accepted a job that was not a good fit because I felt I needed to. Mark and Tyler both went above and beyond to make me feel like I was the only one they were working for, and their results replicated the feeling.

I got a call a month ago that I got a job. When I got there, the people who I was competing with was wearing jeans and a top. I was wearing a blazer. Then, the person I was supposed to see Emily, was in a meeting when I was supposed to have an interview with her about a position. So I was meeting with another recruiter who did not know me at all. He asked Emily about the position and she told him, that she gave it to someone else. I was thinking to myself, are you kidding me? I came here, thinking I was getting a job and then you guys tell me its no longer available? I feel like they always do that to me and it is wrong for them to do that. Today, I got a call from you guys for a follow up. It was with another recruiter. I do not mean to be rude, but I do not like it how I have so many recruiters. I just need one. Plus, I am currently in a tempt job now, and I need a full time permanent job. I do not need a tempt job. Please if anyone from Aerotek reads this, please do not call me until you have a permanent full time job. Thank you!
