I was happy with this company because they listened to my wants and needs and found a company for me that fit them well. During my time with Bridge, I was updated about my progress and met with them on a regular basis (about once a month or every 6 weeks). I asked for a few days off (some for medical reasons and some for personal time) and they were approved. I know its often hard to get days off with these types of agencies, but I was pleased that I was able to accomplish things in my personal life during those days/times I needed off. (Just be sure to ask about 2-4 weeks ahead!) During my time with Bridge, I felt like they cared about my progress and were helpful when needed. I would recommend this company to any professional!

She helped me get an interview at a very well respected company and even took time to help me practice for my interview and review my resume. Thanks to her help, I was offered the job position. USE AS LAST RESORT ONLY! - Bridge Personnel was a waste of time and effort. What a terrible agency that CLEARLY only cares about personal gain and they definitely will give you that "rented" employee feeling, because that is all you are to them. A rented, disposable worker. They do not care about your career growth or about your future whatsoever. Like I said, use only if you are desperate and need a job, but youll have a MUCH better expierence with pretty much any other agency out there :)

I am so glad I left my previous job to take the opportunity presented to me with Bridge! I was placed with a company where I feel valued, has good morals and plenty of growth opportunities! Bridge follows up with their employees, as well as the companies they place people with to see how the position is working. Bridge is always trying to accommodate the days off that I need, although I try not to take much time off- thats something within the last few months that have been very important!

Bridge has done a great job finding me assignments quickly from the start. The initial move working through Bridge has been great in terms of gaining valuable experience and expanding my network. However after a few assignments you definitely starting experiencing the "rental" feeling. A few co-workers of mine who have worked through Bridge also have shared similar thoughts as well. Use Bridge if you are in dire need of work experience or a job.

Worst agency ever. Stay away if possible. Dont ever go here unless you are extremely desperate for a job. They will drag you through their hiring process and then never get back to you. I had to call and email multiple times before they told me I didnt have enough experience. I was over qualified but they didnt see it that way. The worst part was they make you pay them back if you fail your background or drug screen.

Very professional and supportive. During the hiring process I had vacation preplanned and they were understanding and tried there best to get me an interview with the company, which I now have a contract with! Felicia, my recruiter continues to check up to make sure everything is going well. Shes also quick to respond to any questions I may have. I feel that at Bridge they sincerely care for their employees.

Ive had a very positive experience with Bridge. Everyone is friendly, upbeat, and they really want you to find a job with a company that you enjoy working for. The recruiters found my application on a job board that I posted it to and called me for an interview. After the initial interview I was hired on and working within 2 weeks. They are very professional and really want to help their employees.

i have had nothing short of a great experience at bridge. i sent in my resume and they called me 10 minutes later for an interview. they found me a position within a week or two and they were great the whole time. they keep in contact regularly and check in to see how work is going. everyone that i have spoken with has been very friendly. i would highly recommend their services
