Day 2 and still no package...I have been home ALL DAY! They did not try to deliver my package, there is no door tag, they did not ring my doorbell and my dogs did not bark at anyone in my driveway and nothing captured on security cameras...total lies and disrespect. This package has been at this facility since Saturday morning per FedEx tracking info. The package was due yesterday and now they say tomorrow because "the business was closed". I live out in the country with very few people around. There WAS NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT. Only lies about trying to deliver my item. Now my option is to drive 40 minutes to pick it up there or wait another day, or longer. PLEASE, use UPS or USPS but NOT these people. Look at the reviews, seems to be a common practice. If you place an order, make sure you dont count on FedEx to deliver it! Lies, lies, lies!!!!! Update: So....went down and got the package ourselves. We were told nothing will happen because the driver is also the owner of the route. The actual employees at the facility were very nice but apparently the driver, at least this one, is a contract guy. Anyway, long story short, there was no attempt to deliver the package and we drove and got it ourselves. Buyer beware if your package ships through this FedEx location. Also, if you go there to pick up your package be prepared to show ID and get screened as this place is locked down tight.

Same as everyone else here... This is the third time Ive had a package promised for a certain day simply just not show up. With the previous two times, I got no knock or notification of any kind despite being home all day. The only notification I got was a Delivery Exception late that night by email & app notification saying something along the lines of "Customer Not Available". This time, I had a delivery date of Saturday, and despite it being 2:15 on the following Monday, I still have no notification, and the tracking status shows as out for delivery by EOD (this past) Saturday. There is something wrong with this center, and it needs to be fixed.

HORRIBLE! haven been back and fourth with customer service, said they delivered and never did. I had to get three different tracking numbers to try and track my missing package. Each time said would be delivered upon the next day. My package was supposed to be delivered almost a week ago and now Ill be waiting another week.....thats if they find it...which will be another head ache trying to get money back on a package that they said they delivered. Requested for the package to be delivered to the facility and yave to drive a hour to this location to pick it up. Never again will I use Fed ex.

Worst service ever! They dislike driving to Festus apparently. Our package says on the truck and delivered at the same time on the website. They could not of gotten from Festus Missouri to East St. Louis in 20 minutes and we never saw a truck on our road and there are only 2 houses so we would of noticed. 8 times packages were taken to the wrong house( the only other one on our street) or they were thrown by our mailbox and our names were electronically signed even though we were 30 miles away at work.

Same as everyone else. Delivery exception now on two recent deliveries when I was home all day to receive. Driver noted the system as "Customer Not Available or Business Closed". Then station manager says my package wasnt even on the truck for that day - so they lie also! The only thing they offer is to drive to East St Louis to pick up my package which is a one hour drive each way. They were paid to deliver, so why do they ask me to pick up? Beyond frustrated with this facility.

Same as everyone else. The drivers of this facility do not attempt to knock on the door and then states "Delivery Exemption: Not home" when Ive been home all day waiting for it. There were no signs of their presence whatsoever as I routinely check out my windows periodically throughout the day. They dont even leave any notice.This have happened several times already. Im starting to think they really didnt attempt in the first place. Horrible and unreliable!

If I was able to leave zero stars I would. This place is a joke. They claim they delivered my package but never came to my residence. They claim it was left at my door but when I call to complain they tell me to look in the bushes or ask a neighbor. So basically if your driver wants your package all they have to do is lie and say they left it and theres nothing you can do.

Paid $200 for a bunk bed just for the fedex guy to sit it outside on my front which is on a Main Street and someone stole it I think this is the only this location that doesnt care about their job terrible to leave a big box sitting on a street like that

Terrible customer-service I called to ask why my package was delayed for 3 days-and she gave me a lame excuse when I can clearly see the tracking history and location I sure hope all the other packages that I order on line do not go through this facility

Yup, same thing happened for this location. I was even sitting in front of the building all day, trying to flag down the fedex truck if I saw it. Never appeared, then i get a delivery exception notice about how I wasnt at home.
