I have used them over 5 times and never had a problem. Their prices are the same as all speciality shops everywhere I have been. (Houston, St. Paul, Ponchatoula,LA) I like the convenience of not having to package everything myself. As a matter of fact I will be mailing two things in the morning. I used the internet to find their number and find out what time they open. Just another point of view.

Ive had a private mail box here for about 3 months when we moved to the area. Im really happy with all the services they offer and the quality of customer service. My grandchildren are in another state so I need to mail things to them. The store will wrap, pack and mail for me. Nice place. Thanks to Barry and Julie for help and patience.

Elliot needs a class on customer service!! I needed a new label for my package, he tells me have to go home and print it, after I JUST watched him print a label for the customer in front of me! Really?? Then he yells at me while Im leaving the store. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!

Ridiculously over priced. Cost me 21$ to ship a non fragile less than 1/2lb item. If you dont mind being ripped off, a great company.
