FedEx Express is great! Ground, not so much! Too different classes of people working there. Had a package scheduled for pickup....they never picked it up. Driver said he came by, but it wasnt there. Obviously he didnt get out of the truck to look as it was inside the doorway so no one else would see it and steal it! It was a large long box. Then....a corn hole game was delivered to our house weeks later that belonged to an address 15 minutes from our house....not even close to what our address is. Not the numbers, not the name, nothing!! Explain that one Ground! We called the rightful owners and they came and picked it up themselves! I do not trust Ground to do their job! L A Z Y!!

I have had 3 packages delivered to my belligerent neighbor and 3 delivered to my door. So some drivers get the stuff here, some drivers dont. The local office has no telephone number other than the 1-800 number. When I tried calling them to add more details to my address in their system they informed me that it can only be done on a case per case basis and that I need to wait for a tracking number to add details. HORRIBLE customer service.

They never answer the phone! The FedEx driver claimed I was "not available" for the delivery but I was sitting right in my living room waiting to receive the package. The driver didnt even drive down my street! I am very disappointed in FedEx.
