This is the best full-service mail center in Memphis. Ive been to the Mail Center at least five times and they have always found me a good shipping service at a fair price. They can send packages and mail via USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex. Its convenient to enter the destination and be able to see the prices and choose your service all in one place. You dont even have to compare prices before you go. They have computers to print documents, stationary, envelops, and everything else that you need to send a letter or package. In my experience, they are about 30% than Fed-Ex for most of these items and the people working there know a lot more about shipping and how to prepare your items. They have a notary service, which was ten dollars for one document when I used it. They take passport photos and took the time to read the instructions and verify the photos with me. Highly recommended!

I love doing business at the Mail Center! Ive been a customer here for over 10 years and the owners treat me like family. It is good to know that there are small businesses in this day and time that still have great customer service ethics like the mom and pops businesses from long ago. They accept your packages for you and will give you a courtesy call to inform you that you have a package. I definitely recommend the Mail Center for all your shipping and packaging needs! Personally, I live downtown and pass by many mail centers but Id rather drive to Midtown for the great service and feel welcomed by the kind hearted people that own and work at The Mail Center on Madison Ave. Thanks Mark and Donna!

I googled mail stores near downtown Memphis and decided to use this one due to positive reviews. I had a number of framed artworks & photos which I packed in a box, and also a large, heavy metal sign (long but not tall or deep). I expected everything would be dumped into a huge box with lots of styrofoam peanuts but they essentially custom-made a cardboard box which held it all and minimized shipping costs! Plus they were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use this business again.

Ive been visiting The Mail Center since 2009 for my printing needs. Marc and the staff are always so inviting and helpful and will go far and beyond to get any job done. He has the best color printing price in Memphis. Besides that, the quality is excellent and customer service is hands down, the best when you need printing! And no long waits like at those other places. I highly recommend them.

This is my GO-TO place to ship everything. You may pay a dollar or two more, but the guy that owns this place is all about three things: Service, service, and service. If you leave unhappy, I honestly think there may be something wrong with you-- no offense, but he is that good. Small lines, if any line at all, and well worth not waiting in line at the P.O. for thirty minutes or more.

dropped off a piece of art to Mark i was so afraid it would not make it to its destination without being damage he assured me it would be ok, He did a wonderful job of packaging it up and the shipment made it without any damage, great shop friendly people. Came here for Canadian passport photos which most places screw up due to all the bureaucratic requirements. This place was GREAT -- David knew all the obscure requirements (like the fact that the measurement from my chin to the crown of my head must be 31-36mm on the photo) by MEMORY. Super fast and efficient.
