Under stocked. Went in to get a laser jet printer and over half of them are out of stock, even though the online stock check did said they had them. They never called to the back when I asked them to check. When I asked to speak to the manager the person looked at me and said "today would not be a good day to do that". They are disorganized, unmotivated, and the manager is a train wreck. I used to go to here all the time, I now drive across town to the office depot in the burbs rather than wasting my time with their silliness.

I received great service from the Staff 8 minutes before closing! I wasnt rushed in anyway. I was given very helpful advice. Yolanda in the UPS packaging area went out of her way to insure my package was secure and handled properly. Great Service!

This branch is a shining pillar of horrible service. I walked around for what seemed like 15 minutes looking for help and no one would assist me. Avoid this place for your office needs, they are incompetence incarnate.

Called this location to find out if they had an item in stock, and was on hold for 8 minutes. Finally hung up without assistance. I will not be patronizing this establishment.

I think they are trying to compete with the US Postal Service with regard to customer service. Slow and incompetent.
