Good Morning UPS. So ultimately I have a complaint but I am going to lead up to my complaint of why I am angry with your company. I want to know if you guys are family friendly? I am getting married on Friday in Texas. My best friend and MAID OF HONOR works for you. I plan excessively and have had my wedding planned out since the end of February this year. My best friend works at the Gulfport Center. She asked for off for my wedding which is October 7th and they approved her vacation however, it was for the wrong dates. She then asked if it could be fixed and she was told NO. She then asked if she could just have Friday off so she could make the wedding but miss my rehearsal. She was told NO. I wouldnt be so upset about it but I have known her my whole life. She is my family. We have been through quite a bit of life experiences together and I chose her to be my MAID OF HONOR for a reason. I dont have a replacement and I understand work has to get done. I served my country for 6 years and overseas the last 2 years in Japan forward deployed for the US Navy. So after coming home from deployment, being stateside preparing for my wedding, and now my upcoming nuptials. THE ONE THING I need is for my best friend to be on the vacation she is supposed to be on. I have missed Christmass and Birthdays. I have missed births and I have been in the middle of the East China Sea. There will always be work to do. Work is never complete. Procedural due process should have been given. I know you are a business and dont care. I get that. I really hope you understand why Im upset and hope that you figure out a better business model. Apparently this center is complete crap due to the other reviews I see as well.... Hmmm

I recieved a call to pick up my items between 7:30 - 8pm. I arrived at 7:25, they told me to wait until they were free, more than 15 minutes later I still had not been serviced. It was 40 degrees outside, I had my kids with me and the staff just had us waiting and waiting. I asked for the supervisor and black man said he was infact the supervisor and that I needed to wait until they finished doing what they were doing. I told him I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes, he walked off without answering. I then called the 800 number and asked for a manager. While I was telling the CSR what was going on the man heard me and said "Now youre not going to get anything." the CSR heard him say that to me and could not believe he was speaking to me in such a rude manner. I did end up speaking to a supervisor but nothing was resolved so Im going to follow up with another supervisor today.

I dont understand how the driver just didnt even stop at my apartment. I was home and watch him drive by. Didnt even attempt to stop. Yes my mailing info was correct. As early that week i received a package from the same company. So how did this happen no clue. So i had to go through all the steps to have it sit at the facility in good old gulfport. Did i get a call back nope.Check the status on UPS sight states called primary number and no answer. I think it was just late and no one wanted to do any thing about it. Much like the driver who made such a poor attempt.

Originally called to file a complaint about a package being left at my doorstep when it was suppose to be turned in to the Leasing Office, since no one was home to accept the item. Overall I was upset that my package was left unattended at my front door where is was clearly visible from across the parking lot. I talked to a representative named Katie, she was more than understanding of my issue, noted the problem and made sure that the supervisor of the nearest UPS shipping center would be in contact with me within the hour. Thanks for the help Katie!

they suck,,, they hire drivers that have no clue where they are delivering; most of the time i get my packages; no problem; but the last two months i keep getting my address is wrong; but it is right; you can find it on any online map; they are just LAZY; my house is clearly marked; last week i had 2 packages delivered with no problem; today they cant find me and say my address is wrong; they are wrong; my address is correct and they were just too lazy to look it up. i give them a F......

there is no customer service at this customer center. the lack of being able to talk to an individual is evident. The person I talked to, could not help me in any way because of the gap of communication that this company has within itself.

I cant say they are as bad as so many keep saying, but they are tolerable. I like that they are a private company, but I just wish they would be more accountable in regards to their handling and updates to shipments.

Wow. I see no point in giving the details; you can get the gist from the other reviews. Very rude staff and just a terrible experience in general. There is definitely a managerial problem at this location.

Not impressed. I have had a number of calls to be returned and it has not occurred. Additionally, now its the weekend and they arent even open. Management needs to be replaced.

Missing deliveries lately without notification receipt. We have to watch all tracking numbers in order to know there was" attempt" to deliver package.
