I dont know what to say except this delivery service need to find a solution to slapping post-it notes on my locked apt. Complexes and running away. Never had this problem when I lived in Racine, Minneapolis, Blaine, or Watertown, even Bangalore India for a short time. Now Ive had it happen to me over 4 times in the past 6-7 months living in Sun Prairie. Always with FedEx or UPS. Im going to start requesting USPS (as crazy as that sounds) because Ive never had these issues with their priority, overnight, or 2-day shipping. I kid you not, Ill order overnight for work related stuff and Ill have to call offices & warehouses around the area to find my orders. Full disclosure: the last package I got I was out of town during the weekend they put the sticky notes on my door, so thats understandable but usually the outside door is ajar so they can just open it and throw my package on the steps if they wanted to (i have a big note thats says "place packages on steps") I suppose big corporations like this have policies they cant break but comeon, common sense people. Update: Ill be going in there today to grab a package, Im definitely willing to change my review to 3 or 4 stars (even 5), if they can prove this was my fault and I was informed about their delivery practices before ordering.

I have never had a good experience with FedEx. More often than not, either they leave a doortag at the entrance to my apartment building, or they just leave my parcel with my landlord, and I have to go fetch it. Sometimes, the only practical option is to go to FedEx to pick it up late in the afternoon, or wait another two days before they attempt redelivery, even though I was at home when they supposedly attempted to deliver. This past week, again, they left a overnight refrigerated delivery clearly marked PERISHABLE with my landlord, rather than deliver it to me, when I was home. These people are lazy and in too big of a hurry, and dont give us what we pay for when we have stuff shipped through them.

Found they would deliver when not home and tried to use the online service to change delivery options. None were allowed, so I called. they said they HAVE to try for three days before the item will be held. How does that make any sense if I tell them I will not be there? Why cant they change the delivery address or hold the package instead of sending a driver three times knowing no one will be there? How can anyone run a business like that?

Im really disaponted at Fedex. Horrible service at all! Horrible customer service as well! They lied about missed delivery!!! Really pissed off of this delivery company. Worst experience in my life !
