Horrible experience. I paid $30 to schedule items picked up at a location at 10am and delivered directly to another location less than 20 minutes away; however, at 10:40am I was informed by the first location that the items had not yet been picked up. When I called Blue Sky they apologized and promised the driver was on his way and would have the items delivered to their final location no later than 11am, which wound up completely defeating the purpose of me ordering the delivery (supposed to be breakfast treats for a meeting that ended at 11am). As I am writing this it is 11:20am and the items have still yet to be delivered. Even after being issued a refund I am livid that Blue Sky would ruin the entire purpose of me purchasing the treats for a specific timeframe and am wondering where my order is...

The worst experience ever with an organization, needed something delivered same day, called at 11 am, spoke with them, said they could do it, would get back with a price shortly, Waited an hour, called them back, said they were going to do it and bill me. Called an hour later to confirm it was all okay. Was told it would be, waited another hour by 4pm they told me they could not do it. Good luck dealing with these people if you need something done, do not expect them to be professional and do it.
