Rude. Misunderstanding. Knowitall worker. Would not hear me out that I just moved here so my address on my ID was from my previous address. My name on package and name on ID matched. Yet, my invoice sheet had not been filled out completely by the UPS man. (not MY fault) I work nights and stayed up to wait until they were open for them to ruin my morning. Go to another store and avoid this. How in the world would I be lying and trying to pick up someone elses package when Im new in the area and I clearly know my own address. Just fyi if you didnt know ... People can send their friends a package that they purchased online, therefore the store would be the sender and the customer would be my friend and NOT ME. Pretty straightforward.

AMAZING UPS store!!! This is a family run business that welcomes you and goes above and beyond for you everytime you go in there! Just this morning I forgot to put in return authorization form in my box and they said for me to just email the form and they would take care of the rest. No double trips !!!! It was my fault I forgot the form but they went the extra mile so wouldnt have to. How that for service!!!! Go there---you will not be disappointed!

This place is abolutely amazing! I had an unusual problem with a package I was trying to get returned to myself. I was working with Mary and she admitted that she did not know how to solve my problem but said she would figure it out. Within a couple hours she had solved the issue and my package was on its way back to me. This UPS store has outstanding customer service. I will be using them exclusively for all my shipping needs.

Crappy. My email said I would get my box by end of day and by 8pm at night I still have not got my box. Very upset when I have canceled my plans to make sure I got my box. Date was set and said it was going to be delivered. And when its like that then they need to make sure people get there stuff defiantly when they will be gone all weekend long.

My overall experience with this store continues to be STELLAR!!!! Tom and MaryBeth are excellent, along with the staff they employ. As a small business owner, I must rely on other people sometimes. Working with this store/team is one of the most reliable parts of my business structure. This was a wise decision on my part!

Seriously, a dollar charge for 2 cents worth of cheap packing tape. Use any other shipping outlets before going here if you need a little tape to seal your box up. What a rip off artist these people are!
