Very disappointed when funeral director bulldozed through our inpatient center and interrupted another mourning familys celebration of life for their family member. We requested this business owner to wait 2 minutes to provide the family space and respect, at which time we were told that he had another family waiting. He completely disregarded our patients family which included several children under the age of 12. We realize he has a business, however it is a business that involves humans and emotions. The entire staff were in disbelief as we have never seen other funeral homes display such blatant disrespect for our patients families.
