I was shocked and sad when i saw how awful they prepared my husband for visitation. I trusted Wayne while heartbroken. One eye had been stretched longer than other, foundation crusty in the area, foundation not blended well on side of face and neck! nails were not trimmed (I specifically ask for nails to be cut, his nails are longer than mine!). My husbands tie looked like a 5 year old tied it and his shirt was barely seen due to all the bunching up of clothes. None of his clothes were tapered. Under his suit jacket I there must have been some stuffing, Wayne told me that might have to be done, they do it all the time. However you could see or touch the top of Jacket after area of belly button it looked like stuffing had stopped and there was a drop right at the belt line about 5 inches! Unbelievable! My husband did not deserve that. Friends and family also commented on the on unprofessional job when done. A message was left that evening for Wayne with an employee who was painting her nails at desk!!! DO NOT pay that kind of money to lay out your loved one!

I wanted to fulfill my family members wishes and bring his ashes back to his hometown in Poland. In order to receive all paper work that was required by the Polish Consulate, the urn was supposed to be hermetically sealed and that was not done at the time of cremation. Mr. Timothy Trojnar at Willow Funeral & Cremation Care accommodated my wishes and satisfied my requirement. He was very courteous, professional, efficient, and offered tremendous help in the process of preparing the necessary documents. On behalf of my family and myself, I would personally like to thank him for his help and I recommend his services Thank you! Alicja G.

They did a great job with my dad. His lips looked flat and stretched out but probably because of blood loss. But they were very kind.

Had my sisters name spelt wrong on the obituary heading and had the wrong cemetery on the death certificate.
