We contacted Accredited Roofing about redoing the roof on our parsonage for the church. We are a small congregation, but we always trust that God will lead us to the right people to help us when we need to seek professional help for work and projects. We were NOT disappointed with Accredited Roofing. I was impressed from the initial call. The receptionist was upbeat, friendly and professional. The appointment for the estimate was made for the following day with Steve. Steve was very positive, friendly, and professional. He was able to work within our budget to help us get the best possible deal that he could for our church. The workers came out the following week to replace the roof. It was done quickly and looks AMAZING! This is a top notch company that prides itself on professionalism and quality of work. Steve even came out after the work was done to make sure it was up to his quality standard. I cant say enough positive things about Steve and his desire to help churches as much as possible. I would encourage any church or congregation member to reach out to Accredited Roofing if you need anything done for your church, parsonage, house or any other service that they offer. You will be treated with professionalism and you will feel how important you really are to Steve and to the company. They will treat you right!

I want to share my story about my experiences with Accredited Roofing. Several years ago, I had used Accredited Roofing for roofs on 2 homes I owned and I was very happy with their work. After the 2010 hailstorm, I let friends talk me into using another company to replace my roof. What a mistake! Now, only a short 4 years later, my roof is leaking! It was the week between Christmas and New Years and I noticed water stains on my ceiling. I figured if my roof was leaking after 4 years it had to be an installation problem so there was no way I was going to call the roofer who did the install. I decided to call someone I could trust. Steve came out the next day to inspect and took lots of photos. My fears were confirmed. The installation done by the other company was awful and you didnt have to be a roofer to see the problems. Steve gave me an option for repairing the roof or replacing the bad area. I chose to repair for now. Steve scheduled me for the next week but when he saw the weather forecast, he came out himself on New Years Eve to make the repairs. He is guaranteeing his repair for a year. We plan to have Steve back in the fall to replace the damaged section. I am so glad that I called Accredited Roofing and I will not make the mistake of using another roofer again! Lesson learned! Accredited Roofing customer for life!

Im a KangaRoof fan. They get the highest recommendation from me!!! Steve and the whole team(Charles, Seth, Michelle, the guys whos names I didnt learn and the lady who gave me courage to go up on the roof:) ) did an amazing job on my garage roof. I wish I had found them a few years ago. The customer service was excellent. The team of people who performed the work were professional, punctual and courteous. Steve made sure every request I made was honored and met if not exceeded. They replaced the roof, fascia, and soffit. They matched the shingles for the garage to that of the house perfectly. He and the team gave great advice on what needed to be done and they got it done well and promptly. They worked through and around the rain to make sure the work was complete. The thing that means the most to me is that they care about helping people. Roofs are very big jobs and they are very important to a home and its safety. I value any business that values people and their needs to make their homes safe and secure. I had other quotes but they didnt compare. Besides the price, what won me over was the sincerity, integrity, and the desire to do a great job at an affordable price and do it all with class, respect, and exceptional value in the work and for the customer.

We had some shingles blow off the roof during the record setting rains in December. There were water spots forming on the ceiling and also a leak near our bay windows so I called Accredited Roofing. The owner, Steve, came over to our house within a couple hours. It was still raining so he came over the following day to get on the roof himself and diagnose the problem. He actually found some other issues with the caulking and seals around some of our windows and where the roof meets the chimney. He took multiple pictures and showed us exactly where all the problem areas were and provided a quote. He scheduled us for the first appointment they had available four days later. However, it was a pleasant surprise when his team worked us in and ended up getting the job done the following day. They even cleaned our gutters out as a courtesy. Steve stopped by a few days later to show us pictures of the completed work and make sure we were satisfied. He was very friendly and professional and was thorough in showing us before and after pictures of where the work had done. I would highly recommend Accredited Roofing to anyone. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future roofing needs.

We had our roof replaced by another roofer 2 years ago. Last year we had a home inspection and they failed the roof on several points. We called the original contractor and his sub-contractors apparently were nowhere to be found. So he sent another roofer out that said basically the entire roof needed to be redone. For several months we went back and forth with the new roofer as he missed appointments and would not return calls. Then one day we just got an email saying he was out and would not fix our roof. He had run out of patience with our contractor trying to agree on payments to get the job done. Then Steve from Accredited Roofing took over. He was very patient and worked with our contractor to get payment. He explained every step in detail and took lots of before and after pictures. Its a night and day difference in quality. I would definitely recommend Accredited Roofing for both the quality of their work and their professionalism. Any roofer that does not get upset when I text them at 10PM at night forgetting what time it actually is, and they respond cant be beat.

OUTSTANDING company. I was in desperate need of new gutters. They were constantly clogging and starting to fall off of my house. I contacted this company because of the favorable reviews. Boy, am I glad I did. I was ready to buy a more expensive screening system for my gutters (again, desperate to fix the issue!), but Steve explained to me that for my house and my needs, a less expensive option would work just as well. He explained everything in detail to me and didnt try to push any products. He could have easily sold me the more expensive option, but he CHOSE to operate with a level of honesty and integrity that is hard to find in any company. The new gutters and screen system were installed with precision and done in an extremely timely manner. The total was also EXTREMELY reasonable. Who would have thought that you could find a company that is affordable, efficient, AND extremely honest?!? My roofing/guttering needs may be few and far between, but you can bet your BUTT that my family will be using this company any and every time we have an issue. THANK YOU, KANGAROOF!!
